Applebee’s

I come to pick up my Curb Side meal and did not go very well… Will not consider returning Curb side.
1. I arrived to park in designated Curb side. After 15min wait and NO acknowledgment a was forced to call in and make sure they knew I was here, of which 10 min before I had called to verify my order was ready. I had originally placed my order via the Applebee’s app. The calculated time was off by 40min based on the information I was given by the gentleman who answered «Eddie» who stated they just were putting my order in to cook. So I waited… As you can see it started bad
2. Once I arrive and after I had called to remind them I was here the gentleman by the name of Daren comes out and just informs me that they could not read from the receipt what my 2^nd side was because the receipt cut it out. Are you kidding me?! You guys received my order and you couldn’t have called me my number is included. So now I had to wait again!
What’s the point of having an App and Curb Side service if the shift manager is not in top of the training mode for his/​her employees. It’s a shame…
3. I’m staying at the hotel across the street. All three meals were Cold. I payed for a nice warm meal and instead got three COLD meals. We might as well had Sonic Slushies at this rate…

NO RIBLETS??? NO CHILI??? YOUR NEW MENU SUCKS!!!
I wish I could be kinder but I cannot. Our server stated that she gets asked 4 – 5 times a day for RIBLETS!
Maybe add it back to your menu? Ya think?
Get it? GOT IT? GOOD.

Sat down fairly quickly then my waitress comes by takes my drink order and walks away to the table that was sat after us and while asking for there drink order she gives them the option of ordering food wow such incompetence why wasn’t I given the option to order won’t be coming back here ever again if it wasn’t hot outside I would leave!!!

Wow! I thought I hated Applebee’s…I have to admit that I usually don’t have a high opinion about chain restaurants, but I was pleasantly surprised on my visit.
I came here with my family for a quick lunch after doing some shopping, mostly because I wanted a place to get a quick meal and have a seat for a while before going about my day. The service at this location was really good, and I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of my food. I definitely enjoyed it.

Our service was excellent. Waiter really made sure our food was brought on time. And was extremely helpful. Thank you. Eddie. Your recommendation was great.
After reading all the reviews was really hesitant. But decided to still give another chance. Happy that we did.

Worst service ever. After waiting 15mins to be seated, after being seated. No server came to even take our drink order, after 30 mins of waiting we decided to leave.

Food is good, service was horrible! 30 minutes to get our drinks and over an hour to get our food. It wasn’t even busy! Worst Applebee’s I’ve been to.

This is for our visit 4÷7÷16 around 9 or 9:30pm.
Greeted promptly, for a party of 5 we were sat down almost right away and I believe our waitress was Alyssa.
Our service was pretty prompt in the beginning. Ordered our drinks and food at the same time. 3 of us ordered drinks from the bar. Two regular blended margaritas and a jalapeño– margarita.
Food: 2 orders of wonton tacos, 2 orders of hot wings, order of fries.
As soon as the drinks came out is when the problems started. The blended margaritas were awful. The smallest problem, no salted rim?! Well dang that sucks but we can survive. Then the taste!!! It literally tasted like a bunch of blended ice with a small dash of tequila. There was no mix in it at all. Our waitress was busy so we just took it back to the bar ourselves and just got waters after that. The jalapeño margarita wasn’t awful but it wasn’t good either. Waaaaay too much sweet/​sour in it. The bar tender was obviously not paying attention to portions. I just stuck it out but had water next to me.
The bartender did offer to remake the margaritas we sent back but if they’re just going to make it the same way there was no point. So we declined. And then our waitress came to the table to apologize and offered again, we declined. And then the manager came to our table to apologize and offered again… we declined. Maybe that’s just their standard protocol but Jesus Christ we already said no! Stop asking!
Then our food came out. Wings were tasty and the wonton tacos were okay (not a fan but my friend offered one). The one I had tasted fine but my friends started complaining that the ones they had, the chicken was cold. Because we’re cautious with returning food, my friends toughed it out fearing if we ordered again there would be tampering.
We’re just about half-​way into our food and our waitress comes back to check on us and we remind her we still haven’t gotten our order of fries. She looks surprised and apologizes and says she’ll check on them. She comes back right away saying they are making her a fresh batch. Pretty sure that means she forgot to put the order in.
By the time the fries are out we’re already finished with our food and just ask for a box to go.
Now here’s the fun part. We’re a group of people that need a lot of reason to not leave a tip. I, myself, feel really bad when I don’t leave a tip, even if its a bad tip.
Our waitress isn’t the one who made the drinks, that we know of haha. Our waitress isn’t the one who cooks the food to the right temperature, so there is no reason to punish her for these problems. Forgetting to put in an order of fries… ehhh, okay bad tip.
But what we all agreed on that upset us was her comment about the drinks.
As we explained why we returned the drinks she comments: «Yeah, I noticed the drinks looked a little weird…»
…really?! Why serve us something you even noticed looked wrong?
With that being said, this was a terrible time at this Applebee’s. Never going to this location again!

Worst service ever! slow service never checked on us forgot our food didn’t split the check right or discount the food that took an hour to get. Had to tell 3 people we were missing it till one got it for us. Host was nice that’s about it!

SLOWEST service ever. It was not even busy when we came here at allll. It took them 15 minutes to pour a bud light and give it to my sis. The steak was over cooked. And the server was really lazy. Should have went to BJs.

It regrets me to say this, but this place is TERRIBLE, and the manager, a female Latino woman was rude and came across as being Racist. There are other places around that offer similar food, atmosphere and prices, DO NOT GO HERE ESPECIALLY IF YOU ARE AFRICAN-​AMERICAN

I saw the
reviews before we went here and figured people were just being over critical. We just had a really good meal but a lot of little things caused me to only give them 3 stars. First when the waitress repeated our order to us I corrected an error on salad dressing but then she brought the wrong one anyway. We requested an extra plate and tapatio and ended up having a manager passing by have to get them. Then 5 minutes later she brings them like no time had passed. Then 5 minutes later she shows up with a stack of plates and sets them down and walks away no explanation. Then to top it off, although to be fair not the waitresses fault, when I get home and check the email receipt I see a charge for a game we never ordered. Like I said a lot of little things add up.

My family and I love the 2 for $ 20 meals. We have always had good service and good food. There bar has plenty of TV’S, it makes for a good night out with the family. All 5 stars

We came in to enjoy drinks, appetizers and a salad. First we waited about (no joke) 10 minutes after server stated she would be right with us. She asked what we wanted to drink and left in a hurry… But we were ready to give our whole order. Drinks took about 5 minutes. I ordered an 805 and my other half ordered a margarita. She came back with ours drink took our order. We order two appetizers and a Thai shrimp salad. Our apps came out first without plates, the server said she was going to get us plates but never did. Then our salad came out. The shrimp was under cooked. It took some time to flag our server down. We told her the shrimp where undercooked and she stated that it’s the seasoning. We pointed out that cooked shrimp wouldn’t be a grey color. After kinda not listening to us she took it away and a manager came to the table. She was nice asked us if we wanted a new salad. At this point we didn’t want it anymore. The manager stated she would take it off the check. I’m thinking to myself we didn’t eat any of the salad of course you will. We order another round of drinks and a blondie. Our drinks took longer than our blondie. When our blondie came out the skillet was so hot it burned the blondie. We flagged down another server. And we got a new blondie out. Manager stopped by again. Let’s just say the manager must be new because she doesn’t know how to take care of guest. Serves was bad and the food wasn’t that great this time either. We go to other Applebees all the time. And always has a great time. Avoid this Applebees location they don’t have there act together.

Literally just had drinks here, never been here before (at least this location, we are regulars at the location in our town, Victorville) at first it was ok, we sat at the bar, not too busy… Our main bartender left for the night, never even got a goodbye here’s so and so to take care if you… Another guy came on never acknowledged us, another bartender stayed behind but didn’t pay attention to us the whole time we were there. I Had my drink empty for almost 19 minute before I was able to ask for another. At this point bar us empty. The bartenders were eating behind the bar as well which I found to be very unprofessional. Above all management needs to step their game up and better train their bartenders and how to treat patrons and follow up on them. Will not be returning to this location, I expect more from the Applebee’s corporation.

Happy hour was good-​got the boneless wings. They were great, the only thing i didn’t like was that they don’t have Michelob ultra on tap, so I just got Shocktop. not a bad compromise. our server was prompt and polite, nice experience, very reasonable price for cocktails and appetizers.

Best Applebees around great service and great food compared to other locations. We love the triple bacon burger.

Came here for a friends bday celebration ! Was very disappointed with our server, Natalia. She wasn’t polite and we kept having to stop her to ask her to take our order ! It was a bad experience ! I work with customers everyday and i know it’s important to always have a smile on your face and be polite and she doesn’t !

Despite the low overall rating, I think it’s because no one has rated in a while. I found bad the service great and food hot. Besides all day happy hour on Sunday is the best.

This is one of the better Applebee’s I have ever been to.
We arrived at 6 on a Friday night. There was no line, no always a good thing. But the f restaurant was just well staffed and we were ahead of the crowd.
Our server was attentive, brought our drinks and was always there with refills.
Food was delicious, I never have found a mustard I like, but the honey mustard with the bread sticks was great.
