We are so grateful for Art’s Towing Service! We had been driving many hours and then, our car decided to just die about 12 miles past Ontario! Fortunately, we were at a place on that highway that we could pull over safely, and our phones worked, so we were able to get in touch with Art’s Service. This was on a Sunday. It was, of course, hot (in June), and the situation was stressful. But Mike picked us up, loaded our van onto the tow truck, and was friendly and very helpful. He helped us find a reliable place to take our car to be worked on, and took us to the hotel we had to get for the night. His friendly manner was extremely appreciated in such a difficult situation!

I can’t say enough about these folks.
We blew a tire about 9 miles from Ontario and AAA sent Joe out to rescue us. He showed up quickly and had bottles of ice water in his truck to offer us. He gave us a choice about what tire shop we wanted to be towed to and was just generally kind, professional, comforting, and reassuring in a stressful situation.
Plus, the sheriff deputy that waited with us on the side of the road was really enthusiastic when I told him what tow company AAA was sending out. Always a good sign when you have the local law enforcement in your corner.
