My family and I were impressed by the owner Tony and his staff. Not only do they have agents who speak Mandarin and English, but they also work quickly. As soon as potential tenants booked an appointment, we received word by email and phone. Any other updates were also communicated to us in a timely manner. This was a hundred times better than our unpleasant experience with one of their competitors. Before Complete RE Services, we had two rude and inept agents who failed to find any tenants after a month. In contrast, Tony got the house rented out in a week – the competitor’s «For sale» sign was still on our lawn! (Yes, they were that bad.) Although speediness and efficiency should be the standard, Tony went beyond what we expected of him and took over several headache-​inducing interactions we still needed to make with our previous management compa y, who seemed like they were doing the best they could to stall and obstruct our efforts to get the house up and running. He alleviated a lot of stress we were having about the property and dealing with the previous company.

Great services overall. House was rented out within 3 weeks. Got a little worried in week 2 but by end of the week I was presented with 2 great potential renters to choose from. I was very surprised by the detailed background checks done on the renters. I highly recommend this property management company for those who has a rental property but does not want the headache dealing with tenants.
