CrossFit Outer Limits

I simply cannot say enough good things about CrossFit OuterLimits.
I joined about 8 months ago, at first a little skeptical of walking into a clique and not being accepted, and nervous about my lack of weightlifting training (none).
From the very first day, I felt welcomed, encouraged and motivated to push myself further than I thought possible. Jan, Charles and Tim are amazing coaches. Every day brings a new challenging workout.
I have met some amazing people there who I’ll be friends with for life.
If you’re on the fence about CrossFit — join this box. It will be one of the best decisions you’ll make.

I was in town on business and was warmly welcomed and had a great work out! I will be returning to Crossfit Outer Limits next time I am in Ontario for business.

I have been working with Charles and am very pleased. Not only on his teaching and training skills but great in customer service to all his clients. No matter if your are a new customer or existing customer he treats everyone great!

Regardless of your fitness level, past or present, these guys have got you covered when it comes to meeting your fitness expectations. All of the coaches are caring, dedicated and eager to see you succeed. They will work with you to meet your needs, and help you discover strengths you never knew you had. They truly make an effort to get to know you. Plus, the fellow members make this place feel like family every time you go to work out. It makes you WANT to go to the gym :)

Great place! Such a friendly place! I was totally intimidated at first but the friendly coaches and great people quickly made that go away. Will definitely be a returning customer! And I will definitely recommend this to all my friends. If you’re looking for a challenge and a great workout, this is the place. All levels of fitness are welcomed.

CrossFit Outer Limits isn’t just a CrossFit Box, it’s a place where the coaches and fellow athletes encourage each other to become each person’s best!
The coaches at CF Outer Limits, Charles, Jan, and Tim are extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and motivating and take the time to connect with each individual to ensure they are tailoring their approach to maximize each athletes potential.
Although I was active prior to checking out CF Outer Limits, the coaches take the time to assess each individuals fitness level and through their element classes they ensure each athlete is familiar with the basic moves of CF which helps take away the intimidation factor of CrossFit. Once you have the basics down they move you into the regular workouts where they continue to monitor your progress and help each athlete achieve their maximum potential.
The most amazing part of my experience at the box is the support, friendship and camaraderie that is built in a very short period of time. From the first time you walk into the box, everyone is very welcoming, supportive, and friendly.
As far as the prices, if you do some shopping around you will find the their prices are very fair and extremely competitive and the membership contracts are standard among all the boxes so don’t let that slow you down!
If you’ve ever thought about trying out CrossFit, don’t hesitate and get in contact with the team at Outer Limits, you will not regret it!

So glad I took my friends advice and came to this box! I was always intimidated to join Crossfit, after all «cross fitters» have that demeanor that looks intense, unsocial, and unwelcoming. Never judge a book by its cover is what I learned! This particular site was recommended to me by a friend. I came for a trial and was instantly hooked. The place has a friendly and supportive environment where technique and form is taught to you over and over again until it is mastered and even then! The workout is intense and at the end you feel like a champion. The best part is my body is changing, in all the great ways!

This box is the best! I’ve always been a member of a traditional gym and frequently found myself just paying the membership and not going. Outerlimits is different in so many ways. I am having fun and look forward to coming every day. The workouts are always different and challenging. Charles, Jan, and Tim are great coaches. The positive attitude they project is infectious and so motivating! They are very thorough on teaching technique and consistently check to make sure your form is correct to prevent any injuries. I would recommend Outerlimits to anyone, at any skill level.

I was weary when my classmate approached me about taking advantage of an Amazon deal for CrossFit. I mean, sure I workout now and then, but CrossFit? That stuff is INTENSE! And I wasn’t wrong; however, Charles & Jan (the coaches) are knowledgeable in what they do, have encouraging personalities, and are great at welcoming new people and teaching them the basics movements to get you up and functional!
It would probably help to have an active lifestyle prior to CrossFit, but active or not– Charles & Jan take your physical capabilities into consideration and consistently push you (not force you) to do better every WOD. I think what’s most intriguing about CrossFit is the concept of competition and camaraderie– although you’re always trying to challenge yourself by doing better than the person beside you, at the end of the day you’re rooting for everyone else to finish too!
As for the «box,» it’s fairly new. They have ample equipment and everything is clean. If you check out their Facebook page
you can see photos of the dynamic duo, and most of it’s members. They also post all their WOD’s on both their website & Fb.
As for prices, they also list them online; If you look into other boxes you’ll find that OuterLimits has a decent membership price. Don’t mind the contracts because you’ll find them at every other box, but most importantly it’ll be the best health investment you make compared to your normal gym membership, fat camp, boot camp, zumba, yoga, pilates, and wherever else you throw your money at like suppies! Ha ha ha…
Anyways, I highly recommend this place! You won’t ever regret a workout here. :)
