If you want a paint job done with overspray and dirt under the paint. If you want to pick up your vehicle with things missing and a rush job done that you’ll have to go out of your way to make appointments with them to get them to FIX the problems that they incompetently caused.
This is the shop for YOU !
They Won’t FIX anything other than tricking you into thinking that they did a thorough quality job !

Worst Customer service ever. Very unprofessional and rude. Took my car in for collision service; they did not check out my car for over 48hours; my car was eventually a total loss… it’s a 2003 and had cosmetic damage. I called to pick up my car, was told it was still dismantled; two weeks later it is still dismantled and I was told because it was a total loss and they are down a mechanic that my car was not a priority. When I received my car back it had trash and my door handle was missing. They told me it was broken so they didn’t put it back. Smh. I only went here because my insurance company had them on a list of approved places. They shouldn’t be.

I had my car repaired at this place they had my car for about 2 weeks. When i picked up my car the check engine light was on and i went back and asked them what was wrong going on and they said that they couldn’t help me. i took it to another auto shop and they found a rat nest in my engine block. it had chewed up my knock sensor wire. i told them about it and they said they don’t have rats. and said they wouldn’t fix it

Never should of trusted them with. Brought my car to get painted and it came out looking like a orange peel. Received it with compound from the wax still stuck on my car. I had no choice but to bring it here because of my stupid job has a contract with them. When I already knew right off the bat they weren’t any good. So please save your time and money and don’t BRING YOUR CAR HERE!

Judy was great. Her approach to the initial estimate was very detailed. She worked with me on prices and kept me updated on the progress of the repair. When they found out extra work was needed, they went ahead and did the work while honoring the original estimate. She even washed my car twice cause I was late a few days in picking up the car. Well done.

I was involved in an auto accident 1−½ weeks ago. I was advised by the other parties auto insurance to go to Fix Auto as this is part of their recommended network of auto repair shops. I took it there to repair the passenger front door. I also wanted them to repaint my hood since it was oxidizing. I was called on Tuesday and yesterday with updates on my car and where it was in the process. I am picking up my car today and very excited to see an almost brand new 2001 325I BMW. All of the staff were very courteous, friendly, no attitude and answered all of my questions, and I had a lot of them. THANK YOU FIX AUTO. I have recommended some of my friends to your shop on Vanderbilt and will be taking my car back to fix a few other dings. TOTALLY AWESOME EXPERIENCE!

Customer service and talking to customers is not their strength. I prefer to do business with people that are reasonable in conversation and logic and for that reason I will not recommend this shop to anyone. Even the manager needs lessons on customer service.

WOW ~ I have to honestly say I was totally surprised on how great service I received here at Fix Auto of Ontario. From start to finish I was treated courteously, professionally, and was overall amazed on how prompt their service was. I was kept in touch by automated up-to-date service calls stating when my car will be done (with date & time), and to my amazement ~ it done about an hour beforehand. I had no problems with my insurance company either unlike in years past. Being 2012, technology and service is key … Kudos to Fix Auto, it’s employees and it’s management team. I’m sure if I need auto repair again, I’ll call on you again :)

I had my car fixed here and asked why things kept popping out of place. They basically told me my car was a piece of junk that was all snapped together. when i asked them why the emblem on the front of my car was falling off after they replaced the entire front of my car they told me the vibrations of the road and freeway ratted the screws and made some of them come off… It happens all the time they said. Why havent they had any recalls i responded… They just said they would get on it and walked away

Worst body shop I have ever dealt with! They gave my insurance company the run around every time they tried to contact them, they even told them my car wasn’t there! They’ve had my car for two weeks before they even STARTED repairs. They never contacted me to let me know what was going on with my car and every time I called they were extremely rude to me as if I was bothering them because I wanted to know when my car would be ready.
They are very unorganized and obviously take on more jobs than they can handle. It was a minor repair and 3 weeks later I still don’t have my car back.

Don’t take your car here! I had to pay for a rental for 5wks while they pushed me around and wouldn;t communicate with me as to why it was taking so lon to replace a left feder and repaint the hood and bumper. Everytime I called I got someone different with some different excuse as to why they didnlt know when my car would be done!!!
DON’T TAKE YOUR CAR HERE!!!
Seriously! 5 Weeks for a fender and new paint… um… really… I think PASS!
