So regret I didn’t check online before I made the purchase. Bought a nonfamous perfume with doubled price and the rep claimed she gave me a huge discount! But it is located in the outlet where supposed to provide a better price? So disappointed that Ontario mills let this scam store in. I will call the mall and city department to file a complaint. Even though I probably not getting refund and it doesn’t affect a thing, at least let more people know and no more people get ripped off.

Just overpaid on David Beckham’s Signature. Payed $ 40 for something Amazon sells for $ 16.96.. Too bad this kiosk relies on the new and unsuspecting and overcharges by soooooo much. I should’ve just looked it up on my phone! Fool me once shame on you. You won’t fool me again and you got a bad Unilocal review. Congrats!

If I can give this place negative stars, I would. Under no circumstances should anyone go into this store. I was overcharged on 2 colognes.
1. David Beckham $ 32.00, though Deanna claimed it normally goes for $ 78.00 and dropped it to $ 32.00?
2. Mine Pour Homme $ 74.07, and again Deanna claimed it normally goes for $ 158.00 and dropped it to $ 74.07
As it turns out, David Beckham really goes for around $ 14.99 and Mine Pour Homme is normally $ 31.00.
I tried calling them to get an answer but those people don’t even answer their own telephone. And it’s not like they’re even busy because their reps stand outside their store.

If I could give this place — I would. Just know if you purchase from here you are not getting a discount at all. They will make you think you are, but don’t be fooled. Once you make a purchase you can only exchange, but not return. Go somewhere else because at least at Sephora or ULTA you will earn rewards for your full price purchase as opposed to here where you’ll feel irritated & frustrated.

Bought Sun Java for $ 70 which was a discount rate. Turns out the actual price is only $ 20 in Amazon and many other websites.
They do not do refunds period, only exchange n all the other fragrances r overpriced too.
Absolute waste of money.

I went back and they said they wish they could give me my money back… What a lie. If they did, they wouldn’t have charged me double.
They also tried to insist that the same products on amazon were fake knockoffs.
Definitely learned a lesson today.

I wish I could give them zero stars. I wasn’t cologne savvy before walking in here and bought two colognes at what the receptionists said were a discounted price. I found the same items on amazon at less than half the price. You can come in here to smell which colognes you like, but don’t give them your money. You won’t be able to return your items after 7 days and can’t get your money back.

Needed 2 gifts and stopped by kiosk. The young lady Brittany was cheerful. helpful. and made this old guy wish he was 30 years younger. Asking me questions about the personalities of the females, would I like a light daytime scent or sexier evening one. When I said I told her my association with them wasn’t about sexy she giggled and told me, «Well, no-​one woman minds a gentleman considering her sexy, even a rainbow friendly one.» I didn’t know how reasonable the prices were because I don’t buy perfume much. A woman told me the kiosk is is her monthly reward to herself for living healthy. So I bought a cologne for myself because Brittany said, «It’s so you.» Go for the savings and if you’re lucky Brittany will be working.
