To be fair, I haven’t done business with All Color Paint so I don’t have the knowledge on how they operate. However I was very disappointed today with their communication. Called around 11:00am to ask if they had a specific primer I have been looking for. They assisted me well enough and determined they had it. I told them I was driving 40+ miles to pick it up. When I got there at 3:00pm (they normally close at 4:00pm), the place was closed with a note saying they were closing early by 2:00pm due to illness. Don’t know when this illness took place but wished they told me at 11:00am when I called that they were closing early. Would’ve saved me 2+ hours of driving through traffic! A little consideration goes a long way guys.
