good, cheap and large portions… but, it takes some time and wait… menu above and counter order. dive appearance… half/​half plate of beef and chicken $ 7.99…fountain soda $ 1.79…$ 10.56 after tax total… plenty of tables inside and larger than expected… self-​serve soda fountain and waiting… heavy container and finding an enormous surprise… rice covered by piles of meat… chopped beef and chicken covered every inch… drizzle of teriyaki sauce… chopped green onions on top… side of salad in light dressing and half an orange… beef and chicken tender… very tasty and fresh… extra saucing at the counter if needed… for the price, it’s good and filling…

Food is good, way better than your Sarku at the mall. The customer service however, could use a little more enthusiasm and the drive thru takes awhile. All in all, it’s not going to stop me from getting food here but I don’t plan to eat inside anytime soon.

So previously I left this place 3 stars because their service wasn’t up to par with the food. I take it back, I don’t know if the employees got reprogrammed or what but they’ve been great. The last 4 times I went have been awesome. I didn’t get his name but he hooked it up when I asked for double meat.

I had the chicken bowl with white rice. Pretty decent lookin place and the service was okay. Just a tad bit slow in my opinion. There were only two other people there but the drive thru got lots of attention. The food was hot and fresh with perfect amount of sauce. I love green onions so ill get extra next time and try the salmon bowl. Great price too, i paid about 5.70. Nice local business and great spot for teriyaki bowl type food.

I’ve been here a few times and the food is really good, but the wait is long. I give the food a 5, and the wait time I give it a 0. Therefore a 3.
One time I ordered through the drive thru, and it took 15 mins for the food to be ready, and there is nobody here. I feel that drive thru should be faster than that.
Recommendations: find a way for the food to come out faster and efficient. The food is great, it’s just need to be just as fast or faster as other places or people would choose efficiency over quality. Also, bring up the look of the place to attract more people.
If these change, I would be a regular.

This place has poor customer service. Tried to stop off twice in a week and received the same service. I went through drive thru and someone said they would be right with me and never came back. I waited almost 7 min and then figure that they did not want my busniess. So I left. This is the second time this happened to me trying to patronize this business. I don’t think I’ll give them another shot at it either. When just down the street a place called Watanabe Grill Teriyaki & Roll. That I thought I would try instead. See my review on Watts Grill. Found my alternative to waba grill. The foods is always fresh, and the sauce on par. The inside is very spacious and clean. Poetics aren’t too bad, and they always have a good special going. Will definitely continue to eat here.

Steak bowls are the bomb. Tonight I’m getting the steak and shrimp plate for boyfriend and steak plate for myself. Always ask for extra onions and teriyaki sauce!

Really surprised at how great this place is! Just as good as waba grill but less expensive! I’ve had the chicken & beef veggie bowls and they are delicious! Also love that they also have brown rice substitute

Decided to drop by new neighborhood Grill It, I eanted the salmon plate, but they were out of salmon. Must be popular. Had the half & half chicken and beef plate with brown rice and salad. Chopped dark chicken and beef just the right amount of sauce. What’s nice is the brown rice option.
Will be back to try the salmon and kalbi. Salad has a light sesame rice vinegarette.
By the way support your local businesses, Waba Grill is ok but more expensive.

I absolutely love this place! When ever I’m in town I eat here at least twice a day. To me it’s that good! Healthy and full of flavor not to mention affordable. Everything is cooked fresh to order. Flame grilled, nothing is fried. Low fat, low calories and high in protein and the vegetables are fresh as well. Oh yes! And no MSG! «Grill It Teriyaki House» has a customer for life in me!
