I would give zero stars if I could, When inside was told to wait, 20 minutes later they showed me the different oil change prices. I just wanted a regular oil change! I was told there regular oil does not meet manufactures specs??? What, no they DO NOT USE PENNZOIL despite the pictures in there adds showing Pennzoil. Their brand, something that began with a K, They wanted to put some synthetic oil at a much greater price but why should I trust that some off brand. Total waste of 25 minutes on my vacation day. When to Valvoline Oil Change in Upland, 15 minutes done. I recommend you go there.

Horrible service… Was promised a 30 min wait but ended up being Over an hour wait just for an oil change! Even when my car was ready I wasn’t informed (yes I was watching and yes I noticed when they finished with my car) until I went outside to ask for someone to take payment and release my car… I DO NOT RECOMMEND this specific jiffy lube location!

Very poor customer service. Mgmt doesn’t care. Problem with accepting Groupon… They made me wait for ¹⁵⁄₂₀ mins. They could’ve easily save me a trip, when I called them about accepting Groupon.

Great service I was in and out in 20 minutes also the coffee was fresh and great very professional service I have been coming to this location for years and have never been disappointed

Jerry was really sweet just wanted to give him a shout out. Thanks guys, the staff got me in and out. There was football on the TV, lobby was clean and I used my Unilocal discount. Winner!

Save yourself some money & headaches DO NOT GO HERE! I will never go to this or any Jiffy Lube again! I took in my car 2 times in October 2015. Once for a oil change & once for a Transmission flush/​change. Needless to say they did neither. My car started to act up & my stepdad check the oil for me and said it was dark & hadn’t been changed. I told him I just took it to get serviced in October for both things. He checked my Transmission fluid & to my surprise it was black! I spent over $ 150 on both services neither which was done. I feel ripped off & Jiffy Lube needs to give me my money back. I can not believe there are people who steel from its customers. I had to spend $ this past weekend getting my oil changed «again» since it wasn’t done the 1^st time & will be spending more money to get my transmission fluid flushed/​changed this coming weekend. I work over 20 miles from where I live & needless to say my car doesn’t run as smooth as it should because I was running it thinking all my fluids were changed.

This place is super slow and always has been. Every 90 days when I return they always have a new crew working and it seems like they’re all trainees. Weekends or week days it’s always the same. It’s now been 45 minutes and my car is still not done. Jiffy indeed! Find some place else.

Greeted right away with a smile and friendly service. Waiting room clean. Customer service was great! Very informative on what my car needed. Wait time was not bad. Definitely returning to this location from now on.

Just found out that Jiffy Lube’s are all individual franchises and charge different prices. This location is WAY higher than the others I have gone to (I looked at my old receipts). Find someplace else to get your service done!!!

Quick service back in April, but when I went to another mechanic for a tune up a few months later I discovered that the pricey air filter I paid for them to replace during my oil change was not installed or fitted correctly and had to purchase a new one to be installed correctly. I do not trust them and will not be returning. Take your vehicles elsewhere

So pissed!!! Took my car in a few months ago. The employee there told me that my car required synthetic oil and I argued it didn’t. At the end I just asked to do the synthetic anyway because I was planning on upgrading the oil type in my car. I just had to redo my recwntly had to do my oil change but, this time I decided to do it myself with the help of my brother. We realized they never even did the oil change, the oil was super dark and the oil filter was the old oil filter as well!!! I can tell the difference between regular oil and synthetic, I have done oil changes plenty of time before. Unfortunately for me, I have a busy life and sometimes just want to pay others to do things I can do myself. I just don’t have the energy or sometimes the time to do it.
So it: Pissed me off! I ran my fucken car 9,000 mile with out a fucken oil change even though I paid for ONE!!! Don’t bother going to this location!!! Let them go out of business!!! I hate liars and up salers who do it for their own gains!!! This was very unethical on all levels!!! I wish I would have saved my receipt and checked the oil before I left the lot!!! I will continue to do my own oil change no matter how busy life gets!!!

I usually have a good experience at this location but I’ve been sitting here for over an hour and they don’t seem to be in a rush. They finally called me and the more I said no to extra services the more the guy seemed to get an attitude. He tried to tell me I had never been here before and couldn’t find me in system and when he did he said there must be a mistake somewhere. Not friendly at all! He seemed bothered that I wanted the special and I felt like he was not interested in helping me at all. Don’t think I’ll be coming here again. Terrible service today!

Horrible management and customer service. My husband took his car for an oil change before a long weekend trip. Minutes after driving off the lot, all of the sensor lights turned on. We turned back and took the car back to Jiffy lube and spoke to the manager Steve. His excuse for the sensors turning on was rats?! Wtf really? Our car was perfectly fine before taking it in. They didn’t want to fix their mistake and turned us away. Now we have to deal with calling corporate and getting our money back and get this fixed.

Horrible service! Must be a fairly new employee since I’ve never seen her before. She told me it would be a half hour before they could get to my car. Told her that’s fine and I’ll just run over to Starbucks and be right back. When I got back, I was ignored, watched her move my truck out of the way and put another car in. I walked over to the guy that was working and asked why I my truck wasn’t being worked on. He said he didn’t know and apologized. I asked for my keys back and said never again!

They’re usually pretty busy during the times I’m able to stop by, but there is a Starbucks a short walk away and a Cardenas so you don’t have to be stranded the whole time. I’ve done work at the Starbucks & finished my grocery shopping while waiting on previous trips.
They usually give some kind of discount but I’ve received better deals by printing coupons from the jiffy lube website before coming in.
As far as Jiffy Lube goes, this location is pretty typical & the staff are courteous.
FREE WIFI PASSWORD is posted behind the service desk. That makes me want to add another half star…

Well where do we start ?
We took our work truck into Jiffy Lube and had them just do an oil change over the weekend. After getting our work truck back we notice there was oil leaking from the engine which it never has a leak from the get go.
Come to find out they over filled the oil by a couple quarts and its leaking everywhere. Also now my truck is leaking anti Freeze as well which it never did. Due to the over filling, my valve seal is now shot.
IF YOU THINKING ABOUT COMING HERE — PLEASE THINK TWICE!!!
Just an Oil Change has turned into a more expensive repair!!!
Our work truck is out of commission and messed the entire week up for us…
HORRIBLE — HORRIBLE

Arrived at 3:50 pm, nobody noticed I was here and needed service. Waited 30 minutes of Steve helping multiple other people, walking in an out, never even acknowledging me. Finally told them I needed an oil change, pulled my car in behind someone’s car that arrived AFTER me. They left before me, it’s not 5:17 pm and I am still waiting. Really? An hour and 20 minutes and counting? I’ll go to Valvoline next time where they get it done in 15.
While I was waiting I heard about someone whose car they broke, so they came in to fix it, and they messed up the fix and had the same thing break again. They also ran out of oil filters.
Oh, and what’s cracking me up is the manager was putting together a tool box the entire time because they’re turning an oil bay into a car repair bay. Yes, because you clearly had SUCH A handle on changing oil, you should take on more!
So unprofessional, so disappointed, NEVER coming back!
