JJ’s Pool Supply

I used this company for a year and a half I have never been completely impressed with the service, but they did the job. They didn’t always show the same time every week. I once was having a birthday party and asked to make sure they came the Friday before. They never showed had to call and make sure someone came out. Was told they were having a side walk sale. I had to demand someone to come out. This was the worst of it during the time of service.
The property they were servicing was a rental property. When we advised the landlord we we’re moving out he said to forward him the bill and he would continue service so the pool wouldn’t turn green. We moved out of the house a little early. And I get a rude email about how they came to my house and I never notified them of canceling service. Why would I cancel service??? They assumed this didn’t service the pool and sent me a rude email instead.
