Mondie helped my husband and I go through first home buying process from getting pre-​approved to closing the escrow. Throughout the process, we ran into several issues, and Mondie was there ALL the time to guide us on our side to straighten things out for us.
We even had to be cross-​checked by seller’s lender and they disqualified us as a good buyer for a ridiculous reason. Mondie contacted the seller’s agent even after work hours (i think it was after 9pm…) and made sure that we were 100% pre-​approved and the escrow would be funded.
