Ogawa’’s Wicked Sushi, Burgers And Bowls

We HAD always been a fan of Ogawa’s but not now. My husband ordered the Hank Burger, as he always does. He said it tasted like they had not cleaned the grill for weeks and the fries tasted like they hadn’t changed the oil for ever. I ordered the Asian Salmon Salad, which I usually do. They serve the dressing on the side and my dressing was over ¾ oil and the rest the asian dressing. I let the server know and she did bring me new dressing. My salmon was overly well done (in the past, it has been moist and delicious) and it too had an odd taste. We let our server know that the burger and fries did not taste good. She offered to have them cook him another one but he said no. We were charged for the burger, as well as our other items, paid our bill and left. The servers are nice and no complaints there but the food has gone downhill in the past few months. We will not be going back, sad to say.

I visited here with my boyfriend from LA and I am a sushi addict. They accommodated my allergy with no complaints and were very happy to fix us rolls to our satisfaction. They give 16 pieces of sushi for ten dollars and I left very satisfied!

Hubby had a layover here so we came here looking for food! We had the teriyaki chicken and a miso soup. The teriyaki chicken bowl had about a pound of white rice, on top several vegetables including cabbage, red cabbage and carrot shreds. On top, the protagonist, the teriyaki chicken. Needless to say the rice was too much, vegetable was not seasoned at all, it was just vegetable. Teriyaki chicken was good, it just didn’t cut it for me, I’ve had better. Miso soup was great! Reccomend it. Pricing was competitive.

Stopped in Ontario Oregon for the night. Decided to try Ogawa’s. I found fresh Sushi that rivaled the big names in Portland and Seattle. Chef Doug made two rolls for me that were out of this world. Service was excellent. Highly recommended.
