I have had a great experience with Ontario Wireless. We currently have 5 cell phone with their company and when we called them last month and told them we were interested in a couple iPads they send a salesman (Cladwell) to our office within 15 minutes to show us their latest iPads. I could not believe their prompt service — I mean coming to our office, saving us a trip their office, I was so happy with this. We ended up upgrading our phones and getting a couple of iPads. Wonderful experience at Ontario Wireless. Wonderful. Thanks Cladwell for everything

This Company is nothing but a bunch of rip off artists. I thought they did a in store insurance claim and they charged me 100.00 for a defective charging port when I called sprint they said It is covered under the warranty and is a known defect on the phone, I have the evo 4g. I have since found that they shut their service and repair down and I am glad, they are still open but be careful what you do they will scam you somehow.

I really dont give 5 stars but this store is a service and repair center so i dont have to wait in long lines like at the other Sprint stores, what makes this store also unique is that they have a business solutions team, been here 2x and i see a lot of trucking companies and contruction people going in and out. The girls are cute too. Thought i’d add that in lol.
