Pacific Diversified Investment

I have been living in a property owned by Pacific Diversified in Laguna Beach for 5 years. The property is beautiful and meticulously maintained at all times. My apartment has been completely remodeled and is gorgeous. The owner is great and pays close attention to every detail even though he has excellent property management. If I have ever needed a repair it has been attended to almost immediately. I love where I live and do not intend to move for a very long time.

I’ve been living here for three years. The first year was okay, I guess cause 7 – 11 was cool then (not soo cool now) I didn’t do any research on the area, so that’s my fault. (Not a good area, druggie, homeless, sketchy people, basically don’t feel safe walking the neighborhood at night, during the day it can fool you) However the management here is horrible. Forget the maintenance if you have an issue. It takes days-​weeks for anything to get fixed. You have to fight them on everything. or do it yourself. air conditioner didnt work took a month to get replaced after living in unbareable heat for three years (asked for a new one when we moved in, that didnt happen) She keeps the pool closed during summer months… opens it for a lil while. Meanwhile its closed during the hottest times. two kids supposedly drown so she closed it (separate occasions) understandable. The homeless bathe in it. gross! Had to call the cops for that. The laundry facilities dont work. Washers dont clean clothes or dry them. First year here, there was a fire due to the laundry room having old ass washer and dryers in it. I helped put that fire out. Parking, what parking? Her husband is a mechanic and he parks multiple cars in car ports. They have three running cars (cars in carport just sit don’t run) the three running cars park on the street (leaving no fcking parking) can’t bbq. Can’t have a dish on building even though she does and a few others do. (Apparently I just can’t??) My apt was almost broke into. Thank God I woke up. Some girl lived in the car ports and was burning plastic to stay warm. My car was broken into in the gated car ports… (so much for security) plumbing is shot. Needless to say we will be moving in the next couple months… good luck to anyone who rents here. Its cheap but u get what u pay for.
