I used this place again for a New Year’s Eve Party I held. Again, I had a great experience. I hadn’t been here in a while, but I have had nothing but good experiences when dealing with them. They didn’t do my decorations this time because I was on a tight budget, but I definitely would have loved to use them again for that.

This place is ridiculous. If you want filthy chairs delivered the day of your party rent from them. When I called to notify them that they had delivered dirty chairs they said well you paid for the $ 0.50 chairs and that’s a good price. They never explained that paying only $ 0.50/ chair was getting me dirty, stain, and broken chairs. DO NOT use them for your party needs unless you don’t mind gross chairs. They said if you wanted new and clean chairs it would have been $ 1.25/ chair. I was like you should of said that from the beginning. Then they threaten to come and pick up everything if i wasn’t happy 2 hours before my guests were to arrive. They are the worst at customer service and at having business etiquette.

This place sucks! There really expensive the main lady that works here has really bad customer service she takes forever they have a very small selection of items. Very outdated. Very small place. Very rude! charged me $ 5 to inflate my own balloon that I brought! also had small selection of balloons!
