So excited they reopened this store at the Ontario mills, love that they have fashionable plus size clothing that doesn’t break your wallet. FYI the store is now located where the the Bath and Beyond store use to be…

Sadly this store has closed, I was there like 2 weeks ago and i couldnt tell if they were remodeling it or it had closed. I finally had time to call the mall management and they confirmed it had closed down. What a shame I really liked this store, it had a huge selection of plus size clothes.

The scrubs are reasonably priced, but everything else is really low quality. Store is dirty. Employees are unhelpful and hard to find. It’s basically a wannabe Forever 21. You save a few bucks, but you can’t return anything and it honestly isn’t worth the hassle to deal with the huge, rude crowds of cheap people.

My sister, being the master procrastinator that she is, put off shopping for a dress till the weekend before Prom. So, after finding the prices at Group USA to be insane and there being way too many people at Windsor, we made a last ditch attempt at Q Outlet. Well to be fair, it wasn’t really a last ditch attempt. She had previously gone in there and saw that one of the prom dresses that she wanted was being sold for around $ 30 cheaper (it was $ 70 or so in stores) and she wanted to check it out. We ended up purchasing the dress because honestly, all of us just wanted it to be done with.
Anyways, many of the dresses that I saw looked old and a bit dirty. Some had noticeable lining issues and a few looked pre-​worn (and kept in a horrible condition). The dress that my sister wanted had some of the jewels falling off. We decided to put it on hold until at least the next day. Well… they only hold for an hour! The heck? Even JC Penny holds it for longer than that. My sister was dead set on the dress nevertheless and we went back to get it. Within that hour, there was a stain on the side of the dress. Seriously? It wasn’t even there in the first place! But, you can’t talk my sister out of anything when she sets her mind on something and now I’m searching high and low for ways to get rid of a stain of unknown origins. At least we got 10% off, right?
While there, I browsed around the store quite a bit. The shoes are of HORRIBLE quality. And I mean horrible as in some of the shoes are worse than the cheap ones that you can buy at Walmart. It’s your prerogative to purchase a pair of cheap shoes but be warned, you can buy better quality ones for a couple of bucks more that won’t break after just a couple of wears. I also took a look at their clothes. Well, from my obsessive online shopping tendencies, I can tell you that so many of their clothes are the same as other stores. Noticeably, I saw dresses that are straight from the online stores of Forever 21, G-​stage, and Ami’s Clubwear. Granted, the plus size section is humongous and you’re basically getting all of the stores carrying plus dress attire all in one section (and they seem a bit cheaper too). That in itself is one of the reasons why someone should stop by.

If you buy anything from here and its defective you are stuck with it!!! You can only bring it back with a tag attached. And it can not have been washed or cleaned. The materials are cheap and poorly structured on many items. That’s why the prices are so low. I hope it’s not Sweat shop manufacturing. The Manager was a cold fish and could care less if I was not happy about the defective top I bought. I don’t live out here; but if I did, I’d never shop here again.

Terrible Customer service! ! I went in to try on a «party dress» and the person who helped me was so rude and would not help me find another size. She said they were special order and now that this dress didn’t fit they are stuck with… The dress was not unique to the store Q outlet has at least 30 more dresses and it was a popular style.

amazing! plus size section is huge… a lot of different styles. if you like mod plus you will love this place.

I was going to go to Aeropostale for some more work polos when I decided to drop in to Q Outlet on a whim. I’m glad I did because not only did I find 3 polos for super cheap I saw so many different things I wanted to get! The store is huge and has a lot of variety; I was definitely impressed. I know where I’m going to be spending my birthday money!

Love love love the clothes here it’s awesome! I mostly shop at the clearance section but you can score some cute dresses for like $ 8! Also they have really good prices for denim which I love.

Omg I love it here! I mean majority of these styles come from LA so come here and shop till you drop because I nearly did haha! Comparing G-​stages prices to this is very similar but it seems a bit less by a few bucks or so! Honestly! Don’t judge the place it’s awesome it’s huge and isn’t as bright and annoying as F21. Don’t get me wrong I like F21 too but I can’t stand all the lighting they have in there. It could be just me but yeah haha. We’ll good luck fellow shoppers! Watch what you’ll spend cause you make walk out with several things for under $ 100 bucks :)

After coming here, I couldn’t be more pleased. Q Outlet is an outlet branch of Fashion Q! The store location, formerly JC Penney Outlet, is a junior/​plus size store in Ontario Mills that is is large and filled with the latest fashions. I’ve always been «in between» junior and plus size clothing (right now in plus size) and the plus size section is HUGE. Us thicker girls are used to the small section in forever 21 or g stage but the entire section is the size of some smaller fashion boutiques. The plus size clothes are so cute, too, and very flattering! Prices amazing, for a pair of shorts and four shirts for $ 70! Highly recommend.
