WARNINGSTAYAWAY!!! Worst Customer Service from DAVID! If you do NOT buy HE will treat you like crap. I called to ask the refund policy because he treated my mom poorly when she went to RETURN a bluetooth speaker she had bought in a LA radioshack. Being obvious we don’t live in LA she let him know out of convenience it was easier to come here, in which he then proceeded told her know to drive back to LA and return it there as he would not refund her. Mind you, the package & item were in tact and she had the receipt. He told her he could ONLY do an exchange and rudely kept insisting that’s all he could do because she used it(which HELLO! she opened it and realized it was NOT good) he mocked her asking her why if she didn’t use it was some part upside down? She explained again that they tested it and didn’t like it. Its only been 4 days. He made her feel bad & she was embsrassed as there was another worker watching this incident. After telling me why she felt angry & humiliated I then called myself. No one treats my momma like that! No one! I took it upon myself to call the store and speak to David about his return policy. The man doesnt even know his own company policy. I let him know I was calling in regards to the incident and his tone change as if he was annoyed. I kindly asked him to explain the issue because online RadioShack mentioned they can refund with receipt. He explained this dumb excuse about it being a closeout item and he could only do an exchange. Which, come to think of it wouldnt the receipt say CLOSEOUT? Anyways… When I kept reffering him to the policy on & the fact that its Different to what he says he kept insisting that it says«MAY give you a refund» so… does that mean cooperate is lying to its customers? Hmm sketchy right? What’s funny is I called ALL radioshacks within a 10 mile radius and ALL said«as long as there is a receipt and original packaging, plus the card you paid with we will issue a FULLREFUND». When I asked David if I called corporate would they say the same he said«yes and my name is DAVID» in a rude and raised voice… he proceeded with«I’m not arguing with you anymore…» Yeah, probably a smart idea Mr. David. Although, I wasn’t even arguing… just explaining what I had read but I guess he didn’t like the fact that we knew he was just being a jerk & liar. Anyways, thanks to Davids lack of knowledge and customer service it led us to a great RadioShack in our area that gave her a REFUND and now we will continue to give our business to that one. So my advice: given that many radioshacks are going out of business… CUSTOMERS are EVERYTHING. So David, continue your rude and egocentric ways and you’ll soon be out of a job. I hope no one treats your mother like you treated mine. Ps. First thing in the morning, Corporate &BBB will know.

My friend needed help with a camera battery and David was especially helpful, friendly and knowledgable. He found just what she needed and suggested a charger, instead. He even set it up.

I was going to KMART to buy some stuff, and realized there was a Radioshack here in this location. It is a bid hidden so look for it. I was going to upgrade my phones afterwards and figure might as well go to Radioshack to do it. So I decided to go in and check out the phones that they had. Within a mili second as I put my foot into the door, I was greeted by the manager Justin. He was very humorous, kind and knowledgeable about all the various plans and phones that were offered. They had a huge variety of phones to chose from. I was super picky and indecisive but Justin was very patient with me. He went into detail about all the bells and whistles about each phone, and what I can potentially do with it, and if it was a good fit for me. I appreciate the fact that he was impartial, and weighed out all the pros and cons of each phone for me. So after literally going through all phones I finally made a decision to go with an IPhone 5(since its user friendly), and other ones for my fam. I appreciate the fact that that they weren’t hustling or pushy just to make a sale out of me. The manager was super knowledgable about EVERYTHING and taught me so much in order to maximize the use of the phone. All the info was so useful since I am never caught up! Everyone here was super nice and friendly. The customer service here is truly amazing. I had such a good time talking to the people here that it made the time fly by. I recommend you come specifically to this location to upgrade or add a line to your phones or even just to buy whatever little part you need. The location is a little sketch for me but the manager and his staff is what makes this Radioshack different from all the other locations that I have been to. I am recommending all my family and friends to come specifically this location. Thank you very much for your patience Justin! I know I wasn’t an easy customer! LOL
