I’d leave a ZERO star if I could. My laptop had an issue with the casing, and it was eligible under warranty for repair. I spoke with customer service from my laptop, and they said I should take my computer to one of their service centers for repair. They gave me the name/address/phone of the business, which is SIGMAnet. I have now called them FIVETIMES from mid Feburary to present date. FIVE calls, a couple e-mails…NOTHING. No response whatsoever. My warranty is about to expire and I can’t even get hold of someone from the service center. I did(I realize this was a bad move) leave my first message saying I had a computer repair and my warranty was about to expire, so I believe they don’t reply to calls from these«free» warranty repairs they have to do under their service center obligation.
