Sprint by Wireless Evolutin

Went in to make a payment on my account. The customer service was horrible. And the two gentlemen were not helpful at all as I went in they proceeded to inform me that I couldn’t make a payment in my account unless I was paying with a debit/​credit card. They were too busy playing on their own phones to even make eye contact with me. The manager here is doing a poor job keeping up with the staff and the store here. Never going there again. That’s for sure!

So we originally switched to Sprint to save money, the guy Manuel was pretty nice. At the end of signing up the let us know having Sprint takes patience. Well patience was definitely needed, my calls dropped everyday, i was never in 4g, let alone 3g. But that isn’t where this bad review comes in. I decided to return to Verizon, sprints contract said i could return the phones and pay a $ 35 restocking fee to get out of my contract within 14 days and not have to pay an early termination fee. Great! it had only been less than 7! I started my contract with Verizon and was happy, I received my first bill of Sprint and it was ridiculous! $ 200 more than what we expected, the sales guy forgot/​didnt take off the activation fee! so I call sprint customer service, they said i had to go back to the original store and deal with them. I did, and they said I needed to deal with that problem with customer service, and I went back and forth for a few days!!! literally!!! by the time I ported my numbers back to verizon, i was fed up. The store had told me they did waive the fee but now that i closed my lines they could no longer access my account, and i needed to call customer service, I did! Customer service repeatedly told me «we regret to inform you, you need to return back to the store and deal with it there» Are you kidding??? No one has helped me! No one has come up with any sort of solution!!! Do not go to this store at all!!!
