Starbucks

With only 4 cars in line. I pulled in at 4:52 pm. Didn’t get my 2 drinks until 5:14 pm. I would’ve backed out if I didn’t have a car behind me. Really ridiculous to take this long… -

Waited 15 minutes for a cup of oatmeal. Ridiculous. Starbucks has gotten worse and WORSE over time. A few weeks ago I just walked out because I gave up on waiting 20 minutes for a simple cup of coffee with steamed crème. I’ll take my business elsewhere.

First time in this Starbucks and it was a fast dt than other ones and friendly. I will be stopping by more often now to my way to work.

Terrible staff service.

I’ve been a weekly regular here for about 3, going on 4 years now. I’m pretty sure most of them know me as the guy that always gets a venti hot mocha with soy and no whip 3−4x a week haha. Like some other reviewers have mentioned, the baristas here do take the time to get to know you and just not by name. I can’t say the same for other SB locations since I rarely get my espresso any where else. Most of them know my drink by heart and don’t even have to ask me anymore haha. I’ve gotten my drink at many other SB locations and they all just taste different, not really that good. There’s just something good about the mocha, soy milk, and beans that they use at this location that gives that nice roasty coffee taste that is hot, sweet, and slightly chocolatey.
I’m not liking too many of the other negative reviewers here in regards to taking a long time to make their drink. Let’s be honest, you could have went to another SB location or coffee place and had the same long experience. Just because your drink took 30 minutes, does not mean you should minus the review. If your drink took 30 minute to make (which it didn’t, even on a busy day because you people are over exaggerating), you probably came on a busy day, AS it is EVERY day especially in the morning. Don’t always come to any coffee location expecting to get a drink in 2 minutes on rush hour, you will only make yourself even more unhappy, mad, and stressed out. Not only that, go up and ask about your drink, you won’t be responded with negative tone.
Come a 2^nd time and reach a 2^nd opinion. Rate the barista experience, the coffee and/​or food, and the actual store and not just the wait. My 2 cents, this specific location deserves a lot more credit than some of these people are NOT giving.

I’ve always thought that a place like starbucks would be able to customize their customers drinks pretty easily, right? I rarely go to Starbucks… I mean like once a month. Maybe less. But when I do I get my son a vanilla bean frap, no whip, only filled up half way. I mean, is that really inconvenient? I’m paying for the whole thing. So I’m trying to tell this to Debbie. She laughs and says «why?» Pause. «Uhmmm because it’s it’s for my son»… debbie:” ok but won’t he want to drink it all?” Me: «Can I just get it filled halfway no whip?» I added an orange mango smoothie, and a bag of chips. I hand her the chips and say «ok that’ll be it». She rings it all up and stares at me. I mean I can see the screen but isn’t it just common courtesy to say ‘Hey your total is so and so’?. So that was pretty annoying. Also, the bathroom was DISGUSTING. There is a ring around the toilet, and the sink was FILTHY. Just clean up a little bit guys.

John rocks… he’s always super friendly and nice… most of the Staff is too… there’s a few slow workers but what can you do…

This Starbucks has highs and lows, but in general is pretty reliable with decent food and drinks.
The best thing about this Starbucks is that the baristas make an effort to recognize the regulars and are very sweet when taking your order. They give great customer service and make sure you get exactly what you want.
At times, they have missed my drink or gotten it wrong, but always try to fix it when I inquire. Also, they haven’t quite figured out the mobile order thing yet. One morning, I placed a mobile and a bag was sitting waiting for me with my items, so I grabbed it and walked out. I later figured out that I was missing the banana that I had already paid for. Also, another morning, I placed a mobile order and all the items were sitting strewn about the counter, making it difficult to «grab and go.»
There’s a morning rush that hits around 8am, so avoid that if possible!

Well usually I’m helped by Jonathan who never fails to give great customer service, but today the wait for a Grande (medium) coffee was terrible the baristas were talking amongst themselves and even had a line going both in drive thru and inside I don’t think it should take 25 minutes for a single coffee …

Good coffee, not too loud of a place as some are very noisy.

Came here on xmas around 11am. (Checked before hand to see if they were open on Christmas Day because a lot of stores close.)Now you’d think because they say they’re open online they’d be true to their word. NOPE. Thank you for wasting my time and money. So much for that mint mocha frappé :\

I put in an order through the Mobil app, showed up ten minutes after and still waited for 15 mins at the counter. I asked the barista what was going on with my order and they hadn’t made the order yet. That defeats the purpose of ordering ahead of time. They still took 5 minutes to make my drink! More than paying for fancy coffee I’m paying for customer service. I can just go to a donut shop and buy my stuff there. Thanks for making me late. I used to go everyday. Not anymore!!! I have been patient way too much. If you can’t handle the pressure of mobile ordering just stay away from it.

If your looking for consistency, great quality, friendly, and fast service baristas this is the Starbucks to go to. I always come here when I need a quick coffee fix! They’re so fast it’s unbelievable.
Today was actually the first day they messed up on my drink. I asked for a grande iced soy caramel macchiato and they did it, but instead of cold they made it warm. Luckily I was actually needing the warm coffee because it has been pretty cold today and if id’a drank a cold coffee I would have regretted it. Lol. Anyways it was delicious! I’ve never had it warm (always cold) I’ll be sure to come back just next time I’ll make sure to have that lady repeat my order (she looked new, so maybe that’s why).

I hear ever day all day sometimes I get free coffee that people Oder in drive throw then Chang it at the last minute

20 minutes in the drive thru on a Sunday… At 9AM. What a WASTE OF TIME. Thanks for making me late Starbucks.

I was very surprised when I pulled up to the drive they window and found the attendant apologetic about the wait. She even gave me my drink for free for my troubles. Truly great customer service!

Large and airy interior with huge white flower mural. Ample seating that is well-​configured: 10 two place tables, one four place, and a long table for eight that could do ten in a pinch. Wireless charging! Four two place tables outside in sun and shade. Oodles of parking. A drive thru. And, SUPER friendly staff. Greeted promptly. Watched barista greet a regular by name and order. Been here numerous times and never a problem.

OMG I cannot believe how fast the drive through was! I’m still shocked honestly. Quickest I’ve ever been to! I usually frequent Sbux on Archibald but since they were closed for renovation I drove the extra minutes here and I’m sooo glad. This is now my favorite location! Fast, friendly service and they actually had my wheat bagels in stock! :D (The one on Archibald neever does) My expresso was perfect, so very perfect. Not bitter or burned or watery. Plus I got napkins without having to ask (hey it’s the little things)
I just loved it so much this will be my new regular spot. Did I mention how fast it was? Very fast. (Like how do they do it?)

Great place for a quick drink n snack. Great friendly n professional personalized service. I come here all the time they know me by name.

Coffee lover =Starbucks lover! I usually come to this Starbucks 2 – 4 times a week. I always see their baristas with a positive, can do attitude and greet the customers as they walk in.
Conveniently located close to the Ontario Convention Center and hospitality businesses. Maybe that is the reason why they are always busy. Free WiFi and outdoor seating!
