I walk the mall every morning before they open as a part of my exercise program. I visit this location every morning with my daughter after our walk. Staff is always friendly. Location js well stocked with pastries and other food items. In the morning I see a minimum of 3 employees so wait times are minimal.

The one star is for the cashier. The drinks are always good! But this one particular wench was ridiculous. She didn’t greet me when I walked in. She was looking at me for a second, then turned and had a convo full on with the other employees(as if there were no people waiting for service). It’s no wonder with her mentality she works there.

Wow, Sunday afternoon at the mall, one cashier and one brista. The wait is ridiculous. 18 people in front me. Wonder who’s the manager who don’t have a clue about scheduling…

I have to admit that my coffee is awesome. I didn’t catch the guys name who made it. The low rating is because the woman Tara who took our order was so rude. I like people and tend to give them the benefit if the doubt, however, I can’t see any reason for her attitude. I will not return to this location.

Yummy, gnats in the pastry case, lounging on muffins. I wanted a cake pop till I peeped in to choose a flavor! And the barista was bitchy cause she watched me take this picture. Nasty!

Customer service is so poor! Especially the white girl making the coffee has an attitude problem. Be courteous please to your customers.

Workers are rude… Don’t like it go someone where else. They don’t pay attention to their customers when they are asked something…

Baristas are always friendly and even though they always have a long line(being the only one in the mall) the flow goes quickly.

I’ve been here two days in a row now and while they are always busy, everyone is so nice and they are pretty quick as you would expect from Starbucks. I have to give props to Kyle though! Even with a SUPER long line yesterday I watched as he greated each customer with a genuine smile and took their orders with what seemed to be JOY! Thanks Kyle for making my ordinary Starbucks visit exceptional!

The wait is crucial, with five people working. They can only do so much, I feel the same way sometimes when I’m working.

Lovely lovely Starbucks! In the mall, if you’re going in the morning, and walking up to what you believe is a closed mall, you might turn around. Don’t do it. The mall doors are open, go inside, in the food court area, and head to the goddess of coffee, friendly baristas, good coffee!

It wasn’t that busy and they made my green tea frap taste like water… Even my boyfriend and inlaws complain about their water down drinks. If youre making drinks, take your time and know what youre doing. I wouldnt come back.

I was here on New Year’s Day. The mall was crowded and there was a long line at Starbucks, but the staff were great — friendly, efficient, and unflappable. They seemed to be keeping the work area clean and orderly, too. The drinks were Starbucks drinks; there’s a lot to be said for standardization.

The Starbucks is located in the food court and had the longest line I had ever been in for Starbucks coffee. Line was long but it moved fast– I waited for about 10 – 15 minutes. I was here on Labor Day weekend on Sunday afternoon and they only had one cashier working and 2 others making the drinks. I got my drinks within 10 minutes of ordering which was okay since I wasn’t in a rush. Place is small and not enough chairs. Very dirty countertops and floor, but decent drinks.

It was a bustling Saturday evening at the mall. This particular Starbucks was filled with thirsty patrons looking to escape the muggy weather looming over the city. The line to the barista was leading out of the actual suite. I was probably in line for ten to fifteen minutes at the most. Which didn’t seem to bother me. the line stretched along the pantry glass case and up to the friendly cashier. While waiting along side the window filled with bagels, cakes & scones, I noticed the tiniest bit I movement from within the glasses case. Blink and you would have missed it. A small gnat/fly buzzing around the delicious chocolate croissant. Landing on top of a pink frosted cake pop. Then, as if it was taunting me, it rested on the glass facing me. I should have stepped out of line at that moment. Already investing 8 – 10 minutes of my time I decided to order a drink instead of bagel.

The location is great if you’re already shopping at the mall. It’s not a great stop if you’re visiting for the Starbucks only. The location is inside the mall, close to Gameworks. Service was fast and friendly, and they had no issues giving me an ice tea refill.

Your run of the mill Starbucks. Somewhat. It’s new. Maybe because of this fact that they haven’t quite adjusted to how busy the mall is. I waited twenty minutes for a Soy Green Tea Latte. And a customer, who was also waiting, complained that it was taking too long. This customer ordered her drink 10 minutes after I had ordered mine. The employee apologized and started making her drink. This started a mini riot. Customers were yelling, saying why does she get her drink made first. Yadda Yadda. Blah Blah. A woman demanded her money back stating that all she ordered was an iced tea and that it shouldn’t take half an hour to do make it. It was a little crazy. So the point is they take entirely too long to make drinks. Maybe they will speed up once the understand how busy the mall can get. As of now, you should come here if you like receiving your coffee 30 minutes after initially wanting it.
