Erick has been looking after my computers for years… he always does a great job and takes pride in his work. The prices are fair and he and his staff are very professional. I recently purchased a refurbished lap from techdudes a year ago and not one problem yet. Thanks Tech Dudes!

poor customer service. Dropped off my surround sound reciever for a replacement fan over the weekend. Was told that they would order the part by Monday. Called Wednesday just to check up and talked to the worst guy ever. they didnt look at it yet and he didnt seem to care and pretty much told me we’ll get to it when we get to it. I’ll be picking up my stuff and taking it else where
