I love Vince’s! It remains consistent and affordable. It’s simple good Italian Spaghetti. I grew up in the area and love to include Vince’s as part of my dining repertoire. It takes me back to the first time I tasted this wonderful pasta at 11 years old. Also, love the complimentary spimoni as a birthday treat! Does it get any better than that? Keep on keepin’ on Vince’s!

Four and a half. Whether for take-out or dine-in, the spaghetti, the soup and the garlic bread are most definitely all delicious and most people I know intensely crave this stuff. I believe that both this place, and the food here, have a special place in many people’s hearts in our area as well. I say this because pretty much all sides of our family have traditionally met here for family gatherings from time to time, and from what I see, so do many other families. This is one of their strong points. They do a great job serving large groups and gatherings. Even when I stop to pick up take-out, I usually see people reuniting with family members they appear to have missed for a while, which often makes me think of some of my own relatives that I miss, and the times that we meet here. All of this contributes to a generally warm, family oriented atmosphere, which is one of those things you can’t quite put a price tag on.(Although the prices here are certainly reasonable enough, and portions generally quite generous, another of their many strong points). So, my overall impression of the place is wonderful. As far as any constructive criticism, my biggest complaint would be that when you get an order of spaghetti to go, they give you about half as much sauce as they provide when you dine-in. So while the price seems reasonable enough either way, you need to pay extra for more sauce when you’re picking up take-out. My other pet peeve, as one who simply will not bother eating Italian food if I can’t sprinkle loads of crushed red peppers on it, is that they don’t have any out on the tables. You have to request them specifically, and they also don’t have any packets of them available if you are buying take-out. Even the cheapest pizza places at least do that much. That being said, this is generally a wonderful place. I highly recommend it.

Wonderful spaghetti for the price. Will add tons of cheese upon request. Bread is disgusting.

As soon as my family and I walked in the door we were greeted by an older gentlemen who kindly enough seated us to our table. The immediate feeling I received reminded me of a BBQ shack my parents took my siblings and I as a kid; which to this day I still love. Sue was our waitress and was extremely sweet and attentive to my family. Next time we come back, we’ll be asking for Sue. One other important fact, the spaghetti is DELICIOUS! My daughter whom claims to be a spaghetti connoisseur wants to come back next Saturday night.

I’ve been coming here for over 20 years. Loved it as a kid and still love it today. It’s not the most authentic Italian food, but it has a «momma in the kitchen» vibe and taste. The portions are HUGE! We always share. The garlic and cheese rolls are the best. I’ve had the meat and marinara sauces. Both great! The spaghetti or mostacholi are bomb! I really have nothing bad to say about this place! We always start with salads and you have to get a side of provolone to put on your salad or pasta! Or both! It may be the history or it may be the food, but I heart this place! Also, the leftovers taste even better! The service is quick and friendly. There can be a major wait on the weekends, but you get your food fast once you’re seated.

I’m back for more yummy food which I ordered this time half spaghetti and half mostaccioli with lite meat sauce, cheese bread and salad with blue cheese. I gave my nephew my soup. My brother had the same but with garlic bread which he gave me one. Server was once again attentive.

Went to a early dinner yesterday, around 4pm, was seated right away and ordered a full size spaghetti dinner with one meatball. It came with salad, vegetable soup and garlic bread. I ordered a cheese bread also, just to try it. The salad is just a lettuce mix with plenty of dressing, but I must say their french dressing is very good. Plus you dont find many places that have french dressing, so I was happily surprised. The soup was served hot, and tasted great, just a tad too salty for me. Our plates came and it sure was alot of spaghetti. My dinner guest ordered the same thing, but her portion was considerably smaller. Not sure as to why. Then the bread came, but not the cheese one. Had to ask for it. When it did come, it looked and tasted exactly the same as the garlic bread. Again??? But ok, it is what it is. Other than that service was great, and the food was good.

Dear Lord this is the best place in the world. Love it. I have been going here since before my dad was born at all the locations, though only 2 remain sadly. There are only 4 things that you really need to know about ordering at this place. 1 always always always order the meat sauce and a meatball if you wanna get a little nutty. 2 The garlic bread is their delicious cheese bread with garlic baked into it so if you order just the cheese your missing out. 3 Always go with the dinner either half or full because it comes with soup, salad, and bread. I always get a full, vinces like most Italian food taste better a day later. 4 You can have freshly grated mozzarella on any dish. Their soup is delicious and their salads are fresh and crisp. The smell alone of this place is irresistible, on the in n out level! everyone should go here mmmmmmmm. shapoopi

I love this place. I have loved this place ever since I was born. :) The staff is so kind and I feel like they care about you and want to make your experience the best it can be. The food is amazing! The soup is just delicious! 5 stars for sure!

I’ve gone to this place for years with my family. It’s about 20miles out of the way from my parents’ house, so that says alot. The to-go service is the best; super fast, the staff package everything«correct» so the food remains hot by the time we get home. The dine in service is great too. The décor of the restaurant is very dated, hasn’t been upgraded since like the 1970s. But that doesn’t detour us from enjoying the food. And the food– oh so yummy. My favorite is the Vince’s Half Order Dinner with meat sauce, blue cheese, and garlic cheese bread. A plus is getting cheese added to your spaghetti(you have to ask). So not healthy, but when the business name has spaghetti in it, you know what you’re getting into. Overall, a great find!

Really good value, especially for lunch. With less than 10bucks, you get a huge plate of spaghetti and soup and 2 pieces of delicious garlic bread. Taste is not bad and kind of best value Italian lunch you could have.

Vince’s has always been my favorite spaghetti so I was excited to go back and try a new location(for me because I usually go to the one off foothill). This restaurant is the original Vince’s and I can see why. The customer service is amazing! Our waitress was great at serving us by filling our drinks and making sure we needed anything. This is the only place I’ll ever go for spaghetti.

This is my first time coming to the Ontario location. I have been to the Rancho location a couple of times. First off, yes, this is an old restaurant. You walk in and it’s flash back to maybe late 70’s early 80’s. The décor, the plates, the chairs, everything is «vintage». Now, I was a little shocked because the Rancho location is a very nice establishment. After getting over the shock, I ordered. Our waitress was friendly, and nice. The soup was a bit salty today. The salad was nothing to rave about since they did not have 1000 island dressing. The spaghetti was still the BEST! The garlic bread was amazing! My kids ate everything! Food was great and service was great! If you want a nicer, update place, go to the Rancho location. But they are always crowded. This location was not.

Its a fun location with a lot of hype(route 66). However, the Italian here was subpar. The marinara tasted like it was out of a can. Actually, they even indicate Heinz as their supplier on their menu.

Awesome family restaurant. I have been coming here for 50 years. Never disappointed. The spaghetti is the best. The soup & bread is so delish too. It’s a family tradition that we plan to keep going

Out of respect for their devoted lovers who see and taste something I failed to experience I will give it 5 stars. Now my take on it. I drove for an hour and had low expectations in hopes I prove my self wrong. I like the nostalgia of the place and the dungeon like back seats. Food wise, I loved their vegetables soup. Their garlic bread was ok and their spaghetti was over cooked. Their marinara sauce I liked and their beef rich red sauce was good but the provolone cheese killed it for me. I wish I could have asked for aldente pasta but it’s all pre cooked. Unfortunately the place is filled by oversized diabetic patrons who their bodies are screaming not to eat this useless un tasty food but unfortunately there are many people who are looking for cheap overzealous food and I can’t blame them for the bad economy.

I normally write long ‘ol reviews, but seriously, I think this place is gross. The sauce makes me think of like a chef that is cooking with a cigarette in his/her mouth while prepping food. I don’t even know how to explain. I just get really grossed out when thinking about this place. They also have a seating in the way back-back, and it’s like sitting in a dungeon.

So, this is basic spaghetti with basic meat sauce. The décor is dated and a little sad. A freshen up would be GREAT! But, seriously, I think if it was 1950 and Aunt Mabel had the family over for spaghetti and fried up some hamburger meat to mix in to a jar of Ragu, this is pretty much what it would taste like. So, I guess you can say it’s homey. I just got the half order of spaghetti and meat sauce with an order of garlic bread and I couldn’t even finish it all. So, you get a LOT of food at an affordable price, but just don’t expect to be excited by your food or the ambiance. Also they have that cool waiting area outside that reminds you of waiting to get on a ride at the LA County Fair like 20 years ago, all wooden and covered and aged. heh I don’t know if I’ll go back, but if you like spaghetti like Aunt Edna used to make, this is probably the place to go.
