I travel through here for work and find it always clean and the owners attentive. I have stayed in both the motel and the cabins and they better than I expected. When my family was with me they helped with suggestions on area attractions. The private beach on Lake Superior is a definite plus.

We stayed in one of the log cabins and it was great! Very clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. Literally 20 steps out the back door is Lake Superior. We had our own private beach on Lake Superior. The sunsets were beautiful! Beds were comfortable. Loved standing on the balcony watching the waves. Don & Kathy told us all the «must sees» in the area too. We will definitely be back!

this is a o.k. motel right by the lake but the rooms are small, and stuffy, but for a fair price. my suggestion is if you can afford it go to silver city to the americ inn.
