Do NOT go here. They are racist, rude, and their food tastes like Chinese takeout. I went in with my Korean boyfriend and they only talked to him. They didn’t even look at me, acknowledge me, or say hello. Even if they’re worried about their English level, a simple«hello» would be possible. They chose not to acknowledge me. We went in for soy sauce chicken because I had loved it so much when I was in Korea. The chicken from Bön Ga is a huge disappoint. It’s like eating at Panda Express for double the price. Their chicken is not at all like usual Korean style fried chicken. They’re overpricing Chinese takeout. That’s all it is. I will never go back and I will never recommend this to anyone. They clearly have no regard for any American patronage. Again, do not come here.

I came here last night after seeing that they had AYCEKBBQ which I normally have to drive to Atlanta for. It’s regularly priced at $ 24.99 per person but that’s typical to any place that I have been. We started off with pork jowl, which we ordered by accident. It was very fatty and hard to eat but I suppose it’s because my brother, boyfriend, and I were unaccustomed to this cut. We also had the brisket, pork belly, bulgogi, pork neck, and top sirloin steak. The brisket was my favorite. They give you two dipping sauces, a spicy red sauce and a sweet soy sauce, both of which I really enjoyed. The banchan was also pretty good. We ordered the soft tofu stew and the Korean bean paste stew as well which we all liked. There were little mussels in our soup which made it even more enjoyable. All in all, I’ll come back again. The manager/owner was really nice, friendly, and accommodating. I’ll definitely be back, but next time to try the Korean fried chicken.

We were hesitant to come into this place because it was in a pretty dark parking lot and didn’t look open at first. But after driving 6 hours today we were too tired to to look for another place so in we go. So happy we found this authentic Korean place in the middle of nowhere! Then we realized that we are the only non-Koreans in this whole place which made me even happier because that means we’ve hit the jackpot! Boy we ordered so much food and everything was right on! From the side dishes to the dumplings, to the BBQ meat. My mouth is happy and now we are walking away with tummies so full they feel like bursting! So will we be back next time we drive through this sleepy little town? You bet! They also have all you can eat BBQ but we will have to save that review for next time. Our servers were very helpful in explaining the different dishes so don’t hesitate to ask if you have questions.
