Clean but yukkkk when we left still hungry I said nope not again.

I had a personal response from Burgerfi but cannot find it again to respond. Would love to connect with someone regarding my husband and I getting so sick after eating at there. I would hope that this will not become another problem with someone else eating there. Eating out should never become a risk.

Heard so many great things about Burger Fi & was excited when one was built a block from my house. Was not impressed! Got the single burger & it was so teeny tiny, more like a slider type burger. The lettuce & tomato were fresh so I guess that’s a plus. I paid almost $ 3 for a drink cup size that most places use as water cups. And the burger wasn’t even that good, it was super dry & bland. Maybe they were just overwhelmed being a new place & haven’t gotten the groove of things.

Our experience here was a good one. This is the type restaurant that you order food at the counter, and they bring it to you wherever you are. It’s a bit more high tech, though, because the «buzzers» actually tell the wait staff what table you are sitting out so that they can bring out your food. Anyway.
We were also pleased by the simplicity of the menu. They have few enough options that you feel like all of them most at least be kind of good and, at least for our selections, this preconception turned out to be accurate. I had the veggie burger and it was delicious! Hubby ordered the 28-​day aged angus beef burger. He said he doesn’t have the palate to appreciate why this burger was more expensive than all the others. So that may be something to keep in mind if you aren’t a burger connoisseur. But he did enjoy it.
The side of onion rings was impressively crispy, salty, peppery, and onion-​y. Yes. But there were only 3 of them! Hm. The fries are just normal fries. They have a patio where we sat with our dog. We wished there were heaters but I guess you can only ask so much from a burger joint. I do think we will be back!
