After a week long dialogue of trying to make a reservation for a rental car. I just gave up and walked out. I was told I needed to have an AL drivers license, a major credit card, a utility bill and then the final request for my social security # and proof of payment from SS, I said screw it and them and the Taylor family who owns (lame operators) it. What an incredible dis-​service to the community. TERRIBLE customer service and disrespect for people.
