I was only here for carry out, so I can’t say anything for the ambience or typical service. However, the hostess and take-out staff were extremely prompt and kind. Food was excellent — even still warm when I got home(15 min drive). I recommend the calamari starter.

This place is horrible. I can’t believe the manager along with her kitchen staff and a few waitress’s would be allowed to hang out in the bar area while paying customers were still there. The manager seemed to be very lazy and not helping her bar tender who was obviously struggling. There were dirty glasses, plates, utensils and napkins strung along the bar throughout our whole visit. Even though my soup was good, as to be expected, the restaurant itself is in need of some serious training.

I eat here about once a month. The service can be hit or miss but the food is always great! The brown butter tilapia is out of this world. I prefer that over steak when I eat here and everyone knows how good the steaks are!

This restaurant has poor customer service. The hostess needs training. We checked in and were told the wait would be 30 – 35 mins for a party of 6 but we ended up waiting a lot longer. If she was not sure how long our wait would be, she should have checked or confirmed with someone more experienced. Then when we were seated, they sat us a booth that should have been for 4 people. When I told them we needed a new seat, they were acting confused like we were wrong. Not sure what the food tastes like but if it’s anything like their customer service then good luck to anyone who eats here. We are heading to Outback where we know we will get much better service and where the hostess will know how long we will need to wait. I give this restaurant 1 star based on the hostess customer service. First impressions are a lasting and this restaurant needs to invest in some training for their hostess’.

Ordered a sirloin cooked medium. Got one cooked well and dry. I wasn’t really upset about it at all but just needed some sauce to eat it with. I asked the server for some 57 and she asked why. I told her that the steak was pretty dry but it wasn’t a problem. I ended up walking out with another steak. I told the manager that it wasn’t a problem and that my feelings weren’t hurt over a dry steak but he insisted that I take another steak. I’m in the service industry and I’m kinda torn on how to feel about it. I’m happy I got another steak but I gotta wonder how many steaks they give away. Still, the service was excellent and the food was good.

Usually on point. My wife’s steak was over cooked and greasy. The manager did come over and ask if she wanted a new one. Service was ok. Nothing special.

We went here after work today. It was around 2:30 in the afternoon and it was not busy. We were greeted by a cheerful and pleasant hostess who sat us quickly. It took a lengthy 5 minutes for a server to greet us. Even though she walk by us 10 times, not even acknowledged us being there. Once she finally got to us. She gave us no name. We put our drink order in and the drinks did come out quick. We placed the order. my husband’s ribs and fries were great, however my 7 pepper steak salad was sad. Meat was overcooked, did not have any nice grilled marks(looked like it was microwaved), it was cold on top of that also. The lettuce was wilted. However the tomato soup was pretty good. I was not impressed with the service and my salad. I may try the place again to see if they get better.

I always enjoy coming here, and tonight was no exception. Jeff, our server, was friendly and laid back but attentive. I had the seasonal Winter Brie Salad. A little disappointing. I think some sort of nut or seed addition for some crunch would have been nice. The blackberry vinaigrette was nice, but overall the salad was flat. The steak, however, was perfect! I ordered the 6 oz «Flo’s Filet» rare. It was tender and flavorful — perfectly done. No sauce required! The mash potatoes were yummy as well. I had the Angry Apple Stag to drink. Cider with Jim Beam cinnamon bourbon. I couldn’t really taste the cinnamon, but it was very good anyway. The ambience was lively but not too loud, just right for a week night dinner out. I recommend Longhorn when you are looking for a moderately priced restaurant.

I paid $ 25 for an appetizer and two drinks. The service was average. There’s nothing that really sets it apart other than a restaurant chain. The blackberry mojito and white peach sangria were tasty and fresh but weak. It’s best to order the appetizers because they serve a surprising amount of food considering how little the portions seem. Their bread appetizers were really hot, soft, and warm too which made everything delicious. Their chicken tenders were amazingly hot, soft, and tasty along with the honey mustard and creamy ranch sauce. The food here is great.

Slow & unforgettable! Beyond amazed that lunch took almost an hour when it was not busy we ordered off the lunch specials AND there were only a party of two… Hamburger — no flavor and not cooked to order. Meatloaf… way too salty. Baked potato… needed to be cooked more.
