Was helped by a man named Robert and the store manager. Robert was extremely helpful, friendly, and tried to solve all of our problems to the best of his ability. The manager however was cold and and unwilling to show much help at all or take any blame for the issue that the store had created. Just blamed it on their third part company… Again THEIR company. Once I got on the phone Verizon was very helpful. The manager was just unwilling to be accommodating in any manner.

I went here knowing exactly what I wanted(phone case). The customer service attendant told me someone would be with me shortly. After 20min I approached the counter and asked to purchase it only to be told that I’d have to wait because that particular clerk wasn’t logged in… whatever that means. There is a large electronics retailer across the street. Thirty minutes lost, $ 10 saved.

This particular location’s store is great! Wonderful customer service, very knowledgeable representatives, and truly honest information provided. My wife and I have never had an issue when calling or visiting this particular store. Nothing but great experiences here!

Honestly don’t torture youself at this Verizon Wireless unless you have A LOT of time on your hands and you have the patience of a Saint. There are only about 2 – 3 employees here who seem like they actually enjoy their jobs here. The rest are there to collect a paycheck. Good luck.

You will spend no less than 30 minutes waiting in the store to have anyone help you. I have been in probably 6 times in 15 months and I have always had to wait 30 – 45 mins. It does not matter what day or time you go it is always like that! I had a problem and I was told the store manager could help me but he would not be in until 12:30pm which was an hour and a half away and I had already been in the store trying to get someone to help me for an hour. Long story short I said okay, let him know I will meet with him at 12:30. I show up and sit down to wait on him and he walks in 15 mins late for work, on his cell phone and carrying to go food. It was then obvious to me he did not care about me or my problem, he sent the same person out to speak to me that had already said he could not help me 2 hours earlier. This store has the worst customer service I have ever experienced! If there was another cell phone service provider in our area with good cell reception I would switch servers but unfortunately T-mobile does not work at our house so Verizon is our only option.
