Dr. Weiner, by himself, was a terrific physician. His staff is absolutely deplorable, and it seems to be the cart leading the horse. We cannot take this sort of unprofessional medical care anymore, absolutely horrific staff. Procedures are also being done, blood is being taken, leading to high bills, with NO RETURN PHONE CALLS EVER! I notice all bad reviews have been taken down. Sad but true, it’s not Dr. Weiner. It is CWCOO. The entire team would have to go for him to resume what he once was, and who who truly is.

Awful office staff! I have called literally more than 5 times trying to get an annual appointment and I get out on hold for 10 minutes and then transferred to a voice mail and my calls never get returned. I finally got someone on the phone today who got snarky with me after I was on hold for 13 minutes when I said Im at work so I hung up.
Dr Wiener is an awesome Doctor that Ive been with for over 8 years but I need to move on and find a new Doctor.

I just started going to Dr. Weiner (office in Paramus) because of a change in insurance. I’m very reluctant to try new doctors, since I haven’t had the best of luck with many in the past — everyone always seems to be too busy to answer your questions. After a couple of visits with him, I’m very happy. He seems like he genuinely cares about you and is willing to take the time out to listen to your questions. The staff are all very friendly and I’ve never had a problem with them. The only thing that is a little annoying is that he’s always taking phone calls during appointments. However, they’re usually from the hospital because a patient has gone into labor or he is called in for an emergency surgery. Honestly, it makes me feel good to have a doctor that is so relied upon.

I have been a patient of Dr. Craig Weiners for years, he is an excellent doctor and I am very grateful I found such an excellent physician ! Some of his office staff on the other hand leave a lot to be desired ! Very rude to numerous patients, as soon as they enter the window to check in and report that they have arrived they quickly and very rudely prompt to have a seat they will call them up to the window when ready. Often they don’t have test results handy, even with the use of the lifeline card, which btw is never updated in a timely manner. They give attitude and can be very, very rude and obnoxious !
