I stopped in to see if the owner could make cupcakes for a sweet sixteen. She took the pictures we brought and said she’d price it out and get back to us. Three weeks later I hadn’t heard from her and left a message on her machine. Another week went by and I called again and spoke to her assistant who said she’d get her to call me back. It’s now 5 weeks later and still no call. Totally unprofessional & inconsiderate! Zero stars would be more accurate!
