This is the worst company I have ever dealt with !! They won’t answer phones — won’t answer e– mails-billing issues. NOCUSTOMERSUPPORT !!! When you call them– you get a recording. While you are holding for the next rep– they disconnect your call– CONSTANTLY !! HORRIBLE-HORRIBLECOMPANY !!!

They seem to be the only choice in Magnolia Springs for internet and home phone. Their customer service is terrible, which is better than I can say for the service. If you can avoid this company, do so. They have monopolized the local market here, I just hope that my talk with the Public Service Commission tomorrow has some results.

This office still remembers what customer service means! When my mother passed, I tried working through the 800 number. I ended up at the local office in Orange Beach and was helped by a great representative, Kim. She was courteous and ensured our problem was resolved quickly and satisfactory… it was a bit involved, she had to go the extra mile and we so appreciate her!!! Thank you Orange Beach for having that small town customer care and especially Kim!!!
