Nancy is an awesome realtor and a great person. She helped us find our dream home in Kiva Dunes. She was very accommodating to our needs and schedule as we traveled to the area several times from out of town and had a limited amount of time to view the potential prospects. Nancy was definitely «our advocate» in the house buying process. We would definitely recommend Nancy for you real estate needs!

Nancy is fantastic. I have purchased 2 condos and sold one with her help. She Never will push you into anything and she gives great advise. Probably, her best attributes are:
1. She is patient — we spent months looking for a 3 bedroom on the beach, she would meet us and show a few then do the same a w weeks later. She stayed with us till we bought.
2. She is persistent — she never gave up, we had our two bedroom on the market and the unit did not sell… Several months after the contract was complete she calls us and had a buyer. She also never gave up on us with either of our condo purchases.
3. She can be trusted — she knows how to be a buyers agent… She will find what you need, what you want and tell you when something you are looking at is not for you.
4. She knows the area — she knows the background on builders, condos and homes in the area.she.
There are lots of good agents in the area, some of them are friends… But I would never discourage anyone from using Nancy to buy or sell their home or condo.

Nancy helped us buy our dream house in Orange Beach in 2013. She went above and beyond to get the deal done. Being a first time home buyer, she helped us through every step of the process. And when we hit road blocks she did not give up on us. We will defiantly use her again if we ever decide to move again!
