Pearl Heating and Air

Amazing service! We just moved into a new home and called them to check the air conditioning, ducts, vents, etc. The technician, Philip, arrived promtly and gave us a thorough inspection.
Being a woman, it’s difficult for me to trust various companies (mechanics, handyman, pest control, etc.) because a lot of them will try to take advantage of someone who doesn’t know any better. Not with this company! In fact, he took the time to educate me on different parts and ways to prevent damaging my system in the future.
All in all, we had a great inspection and the only thing that he had to do was adjust something. Most places would’ve looked for a reason to charge extra but this guy was honest.
I’m definitely going to be a loyal customer!
