On black friday my husband an i accepted the offer to have ac checked for 19 dollars a week later got a call to schedule ars is unprofesional inconsiderate. It just shows that home depot is just as unprofesional an will never use them again.

When I had my windows an sliding glass doors done the workers that came out broke an left glass an dirt an grout in my son’s bed. Also the grout on the outside of the sliding glass doors is uneven an wavy an th back an front porch has glass an grit an screws left by the workers. In the grass in my front yard glass was left from where they layer out everything an my son didn’t see the glass An my lawnmower broke. Home depot initially had the job manager call an he defended his workers an not really dealing with the problems. So the job manager gave me 500 dollars off of a 6000 dollar job which was not done correctly now I’m still cleaning up the aftermath of workers who are unprofessional an the permit people still have not called so I’m still waiting going 16 days. The managers manager is supposed to take pictures again I just wanted th err m to do the job that I paid for or compensation of the lost hours of overtime. Finally got the job done a month later never again will I use home depot

Absolutely the worst Home Depot I have ever had the misfortune of shopping at. on 4 separate occasions was overcharged at register and noticed after I paid another time I was looking at flooring .I was told someone was paged to help me. 35 minutes later no one came. Went back to customer service to inquire and was told that the flooring guy is not answering page. Asked to speak to manager. Told manager is unavailable. Ask to speak assistant manager. Waited 20 minutes assistant manager didn’t show either. Gave up went to local flooring company. now the last straw was I purchased a Weedwacker used it once on the second time I took it out the pull start broke. Went to return. Customer service looked at receipt. Walked away without saying a word and returned with a list of repair shops. She then explains to me that they only go 30day returns. I was at 34days. I asked to speak to manager and once again was told not available. Then the sales associate from that department comes over and states. «Home Depot just sells the products they don’t warranty them» I explained it was only used once. His response. I can’t help you take it to one of those repair facilities on the sheet. Needless to say. I left the store very unhappy drove down street to lowes and purchased a replacement. I will never do business with Homedepot again.

Vickie in the paint department had to be one of the rudest people I have ever met. I waited 10 mins at the paint counter with no hello be right with you nothing. If I was not looking for official colors I wouldn’t bar waited. Then when I asked for the colors she flung the book down and said «here! I don’t do sports!» And then when I asked for a sample she said «nope, I can sell you one!» Well no shit! I wanted to punch her in the face. Won’t be back here.

I’ve always had great experiences at this Home Depot. The staff is what makes it great. From the time you walk in to the time you check out, all of their workers are extremely helpful without being annoying. Most other stores could take a cue from Home Depot’s customer service training.
As for the store itself, it’s very clean and well-​organized. I’ve always been able to find everything I need easily and for reasonable prices.
Damn I sound like a commercial.
