Chick-fil-A

Been in here twice for two very short visits but staff has always been extraordinary and the food delicious.

Located at the food court inside the Orange Park Mall. What’s different about this particular Chick-​fil-​A and others inside of malls is this one has its own seating apart from the rest of the food court. I’m sure the same can be said for other locations in the US, but I have yet to see it.
I’m a fan of all Chick-​fil-​A restaurants. I’ve yet to run across one that wasn’t clean and had friendly employees. This one is no different. I’m always met with all smiles, my order is filled promptly, and I receive the usual, «My pleasure!» I know some people boycott Chick-​fil-​A because of their politics, but I don’t much care for politics; I just know they made a damn good chicken sandwich!
As Carlos mentioned, it can and does get extremely crowded during lunch, but they do move quickly. You won’t have to worry about standing in line for too terribly long even if they are busy.
I frequent this particular location often because hubby and I love movies and the AMC at the mall is our favourite theatre. I’ll pop by here first, grab a couple of sandwiches for us, throw them in my bag, and then head to the theatre. Yes, I sneak food into the theatre… sue me! :P
Believe it or not, this restaurant even holds some nostalgia for me. I moved to Jacksonville on June 20, 1997. I was not familiar with the city at all. The day after I moved, I decided to go exploring on my own. I came upon the Orange Park Mall and decided to stop and have a look around. I ate lunch at this Chick-​fil-​A that day, making it the first restaurant I ate at when I moved to Jacksonville. Isn’t it funny how our mind can remember such trivial things sometimes? LOL So yea, when I’m here, I can still see my 24 year old self sitting at a table, enjoying my meal, my youth and the new «big city.»

This small mall location gets pretty busy during the lunch hours, especially during the weekends. The staff is pretty efficient at taking and distributing orders pretty quickly though. Food is always fresh and delicious. Nothing really to complain about here.

For being such a busy mall and busy business their always fast here I love this place better than the other food court foods!
