I’ve been with geico since I’ve been a driver. The customer service is always amazing. Always. Except for Pamela Kirby. I have never been treated so poorly. My car had been broken into. Along with everything else they got my insurance card. So I go in to get a new one. I was treated with complete disdain by this woman. Best part is on the wall is a hand written sign that says«go above and beyond for the customer» Guess along with not being able to help me, she also can’t read.
