Great wings! Service was good, drinks were good. Everything was affordable and they have nightly specials. My husband didn’t enjoy the Jamaican Jerk too much, but he makes his own Jamaican jerk at home so he’s very critical. The thai chili was so good and my husband loved his cajun ranch. Lots of tots(tator tots, sour cream, jalapeño, cheese, and bacon) large enough to share with 3 people and good! They have pool tables, hookah, a full bar and food. Good atmosphere, although a bit too quiet and feels large and empty. We will definitely be back. Check out their happy hour specials from 5 – 7 and Monday nights is 50 cent wings when you order at least 10.

Pool AND hookah AND alcohol? And food? And good music? My kinda place. Really only downside is the place could use more pooll tables and less dining tables. Half the place is dining but i think most people come for the entertainment.

My friends and I went to this place on a limb since we weren’t in the mood to shoot pool somewhere smokey(cigarettes) and so that narrowed it down to two places within distance. I checked to see what the drinks specials were; unfortunately their«Happy Hour» is between 4−8pm daily and we didn’t plan on showing there until after 10pm. Great news for us though because they have half priced pool on Sundays. I enjoyed the fact that the place was clean, service was on point, open bar, TV’s almost everywhere and no smoking inside unless it’s hookah. I didn’t get to try any food since we were playing pool, drinking and smoking hookah. They have a touchtunes with no house DJ playing that night which is awesome! Drink prices are a little high and the repack for the hookah is also pretty pricey although the initial price is pretty much average in Jacksonville… Hence the four stars for no drink specials on a Sunday night and the high repack cost. Will I go again? Yup. PS. I got the white gummy bear hookah flavor and it was pretty darn smooth!

Fans of the old Buffalo Wild Wings location rejoice, you’ll recognize the décor. I really want to love this place, but ehh! The reasons I go to a sports bar: 1) watch a game 2) watch a game while I socialize 3) occasionally grab a bite. Mist had an opportunity to knock this one out of the park, but IMO its a major fail. Good place to shoot a few racks, pool is only $ 8/hr, and $ 4 during Happy Hour so thats hard to beat. They’ve got a good menu and the food is above average. Its too bad they’re not open for lunch during the week, but I went on Saturday and I was the only person in the place. I’d have a hard time going to lunch here anyway since I can get the best cheeseburger and fries in town at Cheers for $ 4.50, $ 10.50 here, and Cheers didn’t skimp on the TVs. Cheers and the Roadhouse also have Happy Hour all day, thats another reason to go somewhere else. We all know these places make their money off the bar business, but I can’t think of a single reason I’d come here to hang out or watch a game. See those TVs over the bar… three tiny 32″ TVs mounted 10′ off the floor = abject failure. Maybe the idea is to put a chiropractic station in the corner cause sitting at the bar and looking up at those flatscreens is going to put you in traction. A simple feature of any decent sports bar and they screwed it up. Even Big Dawg’s knew better. If this is corrected with some 50″ TVs I’ll become their biggest fan, but mounting the damn things 10 feet off the floor is something I’ve never seen before, except at Sneaker’s and we all know what happened to that place. On the other hand, the kitchen is open til 2:00AM every night, so there’s now a late night option in town. But the Roadhouse is still King of Blanding Blvd. If Hookahs and pool are your thing you’ll probably love Mist. The employees are great and like I said the food is above average. If you’re a sports junkie and need a place not called BDubs to hang out, you’ll have the same observation. Has a lot of unfulfilled promise, but they’re not there yet. I hope the owners can hang in there long enough for this place to catch on, cause Orange Park really needs a viable sports bar, unfortunately this ain’t it. Somebody put John Taffer on speed dial.
