Ruby Thai

So I was wandering around the mall and decided to grab something to eat. I know I wanted something along the lines of Asian food so I walked between sarku and ruby Thai. I have had sarku on many occasions and while they are good. There isn’t a lot of different flavors.
Ruby Thai on the other hand had many noodle choices or rice to choose from and lots of proteins. I went with Singapore noodles with the grilled chicken and spicy chicken. The grilled chicken was very fresh and moist. It had a great char. The spicy has a nice heat that builds but doesn’t kick you in the butt.
I also tried the mango chicken which wasn’t bad but wasn’t really what I was looking for. I also tried another chicken that was more like sweet and sour chicken.
They let you sample anything which is great for me when I am indecisive. They are very helpful.
Also the prices are great. 6.49 for two items. Love it! I will definitely be back :)

Got the chicken noodle bowl. Very similar to Vietnamese Phở. Cooked right in front of me, different then most mall food. Will be having it again.

Really good for mall food court eats. Always fresh and delicious. Love the yellow Thai curry and Thai grilled chicken with white rice. The prices are very affordable and the food portions are very filling as well.
