Skin Deep Day Spa is A-​M-​A-​Z-​I-​N-​G!!! I got a full facial yesterday (8÷20÷14) and what a delight it was! Kerri was the technician and she was awesome! I was relaxed and enjoyed every second of it and OH BOY does my skin look and feel wonderful! While my face was in a mask, she massaged my arms and hands and then after she was finished with my facial, she massaged my neck and shoulders. Ahhhhh… The atmosphere is very relaxing with soft music playing and dim lighting. I could not have asked for a better experience. Thank you SO much! This is one lady who will be back again and soon! Oh and military gets 20% off! Love that!
Needless to say, I am one very happy customer!!! Thank you, thank you, thank you!!!

I’ve had the most intimate service Skin Deep provides, which is a Full Brazilian Wax (in addition to manis/​pedis). If an intimate service can be provided with complete convenience, comfort and professionalism, it says a lot about the experience you get at Skin Deep. The ladies are kind, professional and knowledgeable. The prices are great, and the range of services comprehensive. Definitely try them out and enjoy!

I just called to get information and to schedule appointments for me and my 3 friends in October. We WERE wanting to use this salon as part of a bachelorette celebration. The first lady I spoke with was very nice but then put be on hold to talk to someone else about availability in October. When the second lady came on and I asked her about the availability in October and told her that we were looking at purchasing the deal on Groupon I was very rudely told that they stayed booked on Saturdays and only excepted 2 groupon deals per each Saturday. If this IS your policy then why doesn’t it say so on Groupon? And secondly why would you not want to except business regardless of if it’s a coupon deal or not??? If you don’t want the incontinence of coupons then DON’T PARTICIPATE IN THEM!!! I thought the lady was very rude and didn’t show any polite customer service. I deal with customers daily and how she handled the situation was very unprofessional. Why would you not want to work with someone who could possible become a very valuable customer to your business? Also this groupon special was for new clients only, so we would have been bringing 4 NEW clients to your business. AND we were planning to add more services to our spa visit which would have made up for the discounted rate we WOULD have been getting for our massages! So looks like it’s Skin Deep Studios who will be missing out on OUR business!!! Don’t worry we won’t burden you with our business but will find somewhere else to host our SPECIAL EVENT!!!

I had won an award at work and redeemed it for a
gift card. I used
to find local spas and this one seemed nice. I made an appointment with Barbi (sp?) and LOVED her. She didn’t break the simple massage rules of talking to me too much or going to light or heavy on the pressure. This was one of the most enjoyable massages I’d ever had.
offered a deal for some $$ off of a massage and I jumped on the opportunity. I was sad to hear that Barbi had limited hours and would not be honoring groupons but was not disappointed with my massage by any means. I cannot remember the girls name but she was just as good.
So, in short… I wish I still lived in Jacksonville so I could get a massage right now. (:
