My name is Patricia Brooks, my experience with Home Depots air conditioning service, Florida home heating and air conditioning. The first time they came out! They left my power box off. Deliberately so we could call them back out. The second time home Depot sent them out my home was flooded out my home was only two years old. The air conditioning drain pipe was blown out. They never owned up to any of these things. I will never use this company again. Thank you Unilocal for this site.

This Home Depot is my go to one. Prices are better than their local competition in almost every single category and they are usually stocked up on whatever I’m looking for. I’m not sure if they price match online competitors, and if so then it will make me shop here a little more often (I should ask next time I’m here).
The food stand outside the exit door during daylight hours pours out a pleasant aroma when you first walk into the entrance door and you can still smell it at the register while checking out! Damn my cravings, I usually pick up a Italian sausage on the way out when time permits.
I’ve also rented a couple of tools from here also, just make sure it’s clean when you return it and there will be no issues :)
This isn’t necessary Home Depot’s fault but the Orange Park traffic sucks which sometimes sends me to the one on the west side but 1⁄3 chance they have what I want in stock.

I can spend the whole day in Home Depot. I had some plumbing projects and I decided to go to the store in Orange Park. This place has been here for a long time and I’m pretty familiar as to where all the products are. Home Depot is Home Depot and yes I think its better than Lowes.

Went with my sister in law to get ideas for backyard gardening and air conditioning the garage. We walked in expecting expertise and not customer service, surprisingly we got both. A worker gave us honesty when he said he didnt know about herb gardening and took us to an awesome guy who did. Indoors, a lady named Gretchen helped us decide our options and costs for ac units in layman’s terms. When we were exploring in the store, employees kept asking how we were and if we had any questions (never in miami). The only reason why its not 5 stars is because we have to get alot of our stuff @ the online store and some plants looked subpar.

I went in needing a replacement bolt (?) and accessories for a dining room chair. I headed down the front section completely lost as usual. An employee made eye contact and I asked her to help me find a copy of (I just had to show her the thing as I didn’t have a clue) what I needed. She walked me right to the section, used this handle little blot size fitter to verify width and then picked out the bolt, washer and lock nut for me. She asked me questions I wouldn’t have even thought of in my own without some serious Googling like, «is it an indoor chair or an outdoor?». She humbly educated me as quickly as helped and she was completely awesome! The cashier was also friendly and full of infectious smiles.
Over all I was in and out in minutes and my day was better from the quick interactions.
Yay Home Depot!

Home Depot has a corporate policy the Military Veterans can not receive discounts on fencing. This is a fairly new policy (2013). I’m a retired military member and also disabled Veteran due to injuries in the Gulf War.
It makes no sense not to allow veterans to receive discounts on all items at Home Depot. The discount would have less than $ 10.00.
Now Home Depot is about to lose a customer of over 30 years for 10.00.
Doesn’t make good Bussiness sence. I have told many of my fellow vets, friends and family. Home Depot please change this policy before I and other Vets have to find other home improvement stores that will reward us for our selfless sacrifices.

It’s a Home Depot. They have the stuff I need to work. It would make my life a Bi**h if I didn’t them n the Lowe’s. Sometimes they even have everything that I need. In this case, nope. I had to get everything else somewhere else. But, nothing I’m not used to thou.

Tool repair department. There is a gentleman Wayne that works there and i have taken numerous peices of lawn equipment there. He is very good at his job. He knows his job well and is very helpful. I highly recommend anyone to see him if they have any questions regarding their tools.
As for the rest of the store– they are all very nice. This is a good homedepot. Wayne stood out the most to me.
