VAL-Uvision of Orange Park

I spoke to Jessica over the phone and she was great! my daughter was a walk-​in patient and she took as much information from me as possible over the phone so when we get to their office, my daughter would be helped right away. Even in person, Jessica was still very helpful — she helped set me up with Ms. Stella. She’s the specialist I needed to talk to to get my 2yr old daughter her first pair of glasses. Stella was amazing. My daughter was already tired when we got there, so she won’t hold still… but Stella was very patient with her. She carefully looked at all glasses they had and let my daughter try possible pairs of glasses that might fit her. It was already 5pm– closing time but she wasn’t rushing me. I decided to leave out of courtesy but I am definitely coming back because of the excellent customer experience Jessica and Stella have provided me and my daughter. As a mom who doesn’t wear glasses and have no idea how to shop for glasses — it is good to know that these people are out there who takes pride for what they do.
