Ada Flowers

I called early in the morning for a birthday delivery and was promised delivery by 1:00pm. Flowers never arrived when I called at 3:15. All of a sudden the truck was on its way for delivery. So don’t take a chance with this florist. Very disappointing customer service and not worth your time and money.

They are really friendly & have excellent customer service. I told her what my (small) budget was and she was able to accomodate with something beautiful. The flowers were delivered in 2 hours! Although Simon had a difficult time trying to get into the bldg to make the delivery, he stuck around and accomplished the mission! The flowers were a nice touch to a special occasion!

I used Ada Flowers for the traditional Chinese wreaths which we used at my grandfather’s funeral 3 years ago and this time, when grandma passed, I had absolutely no hesitation at all and searched out Ada Flowers to do the flowers again.
I had initially gone to their Tustin location, but they’ve now moved to Orange, but the owners are the same. Katy Shih helped me again in selecting the ideal wreaths for the funeral and we ended up having a lengthy and heartfelt chat about life, death and everything else in between.
Ada Flowers is not one of those florists where you just walk in and have your bouquet put together immediately — although you can do that as well, but they specialize in pre-​ordered selections which can be delivered to the location of your choice. Prices are comparable and even better than what you would find at Westminster florists (yes I did a price comparison for the same stuff), and the service you receive from Katy is bar none! Trust me! During times of grief and sorrow, you want someone who is understanding, caring and is able to offer suggestions when you have other more pressing things to deal with.
Don’t be taken aback by the humble looking store. There aren’t elaborate displays and flowers laid out to look at. Flowers are all freshly ordered from the growers so they can keep their prices competitive since nothing really goes to waste!
I highly recommend this florist for all your floral needs! Just give them a call and ask for Katy or Simon. They’re exceptional!
