Alteration Express of Orange

I purchased a beautiful dress from Windsor that was on sale for defects and the last one. I had to have it for my wedding rehearsal dinner! I dropped off my dress on a Thursday and it was done in exactly one week. The lace straps got taken in, the zipper was replaced, a hook and eye was added to the top of the zipper, and sequence and gems were replaced in 2 areas. They have nice fitting rooms and had me try the dress on before and after. Very nice staff and you can tell they love their job. The total price was $ 50, not bad at all.

Horrible service! Took 2 pairs of slacks (expensive) to be taken in after I’d lost weight. Tried them on for the owner to pin. When I picked the slacks up, it was close to closing so did not try on. My BIG mistake! The slacks were horrid! Slipped them on without taking the zipper down, still SO baggy and the hip area ballooned out. When I told the owner I was not satisfied she commented that she did not take the waist in that’s why they were baggy. Really??? She pinned the waist, why would she not alter. Anyway, after paying $ 86.00 for the terrible alterations she was willing to fix them for an additional fee. Really bad service, terrible alterations. I definitely would not recommend using this company.
