Dr. Biviji did my right Total Knee Replacement and the experience has been nothing more than wonderful. When your physical therapist (who never worked with a patient of his) tells you that you are doing this great because of the surgeon — you then know he is the best.
The front office personnel answer all the phones there is no pushing buttons till you get the right department. And, they always address the problems on the phone immediately. Love this front office.
lf I need another TKR I will not hesitate for a second that is how much confidence I have in Dr Biviji.

There is a drop off and pick up patients area with white curb at front of the 5 story building. Parking is available about half a block away at a multi story parking structure. Parking is validated at the doctors office.
Dr. Biviji’s office is on the 5^th floor, suite 510. There are two large multi stall bathrooms in the hall way leading to the office. In the office there is free coffee for the waiting room patients. You select your own brand and flavor little coffee container and then pop it into the machine and select the size of the cup. The waiting room has large coffee cups.
Young lady that escorted my wife (patient) and me to exam room was friendly and cheerful. Exam room consisted of two small rooms. One room had stored items, because it had previously been the Cast room, the other room was a small standard exam room, with a lay down exam bed and one full chair and one stool chair. A little tight.
Next came in Heather, who looked up and reviewed our computer data information and revised some information that we gave her. She was friendly and helpful and answered all our questions. We felt she was not «rushed» to get out of the room. She gave us all the time we wanted.
Next was the x-​ray tech lady, who also friendly and assisted my wife to the x-​ray room.
Dr. Biviji came in an explained the x-​rays, went over some information, and answered all our questions. Again, we felt he was not «rushed» to get out of the room, as some other doctors we have seen previously at other offices. We felt comfortable with him.
We like the staff and the doctor, and will recommend them to our friends and family. The only reason I did not give them a 5 star rating was because of the exam room, other than that, they are a 5 star rating.
I am a fan of the staff and the doctor… by the way, he was recommend by one of our friends who had very serious pelvic-​hip surgery, and she was happy with the staff and doctor.
Our friend now she is walking and driving her car. where before she could not walk unassisted nor drive a car.
