Buster William R MD & Associates

I met Dr. Buster for the first time a couple of weeks ago. I was the sickest that I have ever been as an adult. Dr. Buster instantly created a sense of calm and assurance, and clearly explained my treatment plan. He did not rush in any way, and took time to get to know me. What he recommended was effective. He also helped me understand how I should be feeling w/​in a few days after starting the treatment plan, and asked me to contact him if I was not experiencing the intended results by that time. His coaching here helped reduce my concerns as I knew that I was on track to recovering, even when I was still feeling very sick.

I have been so frustrated with this dr’s office. My family has gone there for years and now they never have any availability to get patients in. I don’t need to go often but when ill or follow up appointments are needed they won’t get you in and when you need a prescription they require you to be seen but can’t get you in. Then they say you haven’t been in for over a year and that is because they can’t get you in and it forces us to go to urgent care. It is ridiculous! I am finding a new primary for my family.

Dr. Buster is a genuine, friendly, and fantastic doctor. I recently moved to OC and am so glad I switched to him! Am sending my BF to him too!

Dr. Buster and staff are the best primary care team I’ve ever dealt with.
Dr. Buster is always pleasant, thorough, doesn’t rush through appointments and takes time to listen/​address any concerns I may have.
Marge is worth her weight in gold and has come through for me countless times.

It is so hard to find a Primary Care Doctor and after having a bad experience at another facility I was so discouraged…
I saw Linda the NP. she was awesome… well let me go back …
I had an appt for a friday and got sick on the monday so Tuesday I called to see if they could please fit me in as a walk in. and YES I was there an Hour later… The receptionist who answered the phone was very nice. The front office receptionist was also very nice. The place had a few patients waiting and I was called in timely! Linda made me feel so comfortable… she was friendly and caring. and unlike at the prior Dr I had. as a new patient I was examined for way more than 5 minutes! I would say I was there for about 20 min and she went over all my concerns without me feeling rushed!
