Would have been five stars if not for the comatose customer service. They weren’t rude or lazy so don’t get me wrong. They were just really blank.
This store is very organized and well stocked. Everything is very easy to find and the displays are clean.
The prices here are still a bit high considering this is supposed to be an outlet, but some of the discounts are impressive and the quality of the merchandise here is much better than VS around the corner and well worth paying the extra $ 10-​$ 20.
Sleeping apparel is soft and the material is good so I go to CK mainly for underwear and pajamas.
Will be back again soon for summer sleep wear.

I have come here and purchased both undergarments and clothing for various guys, but it seems to me that prices are kind of steep — the prices are almost always better at Macy’s when they’re running a sale…
Friendly staff and lots of selection

This is probably the shortest review I’ve ever written but it’s mainly for the customer service.
This CK store does take back online orders for exchange or return but for a certain time frame.
We came in on a Sunday (11÷15÷15) afternoon & a young female manager on duty assisted us after the cashier we went to directed us to her. Unfortunately I didn’t catch her name but she provided an outstanding customer service! She was very approachable and understanding.
I had ordered a pair of jeans online & it didn’t come out to the color that the bunz wanted. The manager worked patiently with us in checking for the color, size, style in front of the store & in the back. Not once was she irritated with us when the bunz said the jeans she brought over wasn’t the one. When the store didn’t have what we wanted the manager kindly placed an order for us. She even checked to make sure we received our points for our spending & honored the price of the jeans for what I had paid for online. We thanked her & left the store with a good experience :)
We’ve been here couple times before & there’s always pretty good deals going on. Customer service has always been good but that weekend we were there to do an exchange the manager that helped us deserves an A+ recognition!

This is my 1^st option to get my threads. CK always has good designs and patterns that you can appreciate. I recommend the CK location at south coast plaza. That would be my #1, but this location is closer, so it wins by default!

I only come through here for one thing… the CK cologne though I’ve been using a different brand this year. The store is relatively clean and neat. The customer service is friendly. The store is bright which is perfect. The ties I’ve bought here are in really good condition still. Some of my favorite dress shirts I’ve bought as well have been CK. Not bad…

I came to Calvin Klein wanting to exchange a gift, I did then before I exit the store I saw a wallet I liked better so I exchanged it once again. David had no problem doing so. He was very helpful and informed me of my rewards card and its benefits.
He was warm, friendly and prompt. Overall great.

Such good service. They have taken care of me countless times when I have to return/​exchange items for my boss.
Good selection for the size and pretty good prices for the brand… I don’t know if department stores are still cheaper but if you like CK, it’s worth checking out.

My friend and I walked around a lot of stores but this store really had some good deals with really nice clothing. The displays were nicely set up and I really enjoyed going through the racks. My friend found a bunch of things that he liked and he looked gorgeous in them.
I would definitely come in here to do shopping for this brand. Finally an outlet store that has outlet prices.

Why would I buy CK anywhere else? They sell the same season on the rack at Macy’s and Nordstroms in this outlet store for sometimes much much cheaper. Once, I got a dress that was originally over $ 100 for $ 18!!! What a steal!
Also, compared to other places CK is sold, it has a much cleaner and brighter display. With less people in the store.
The customer service is decent as well. I would definitely come back and check out their new selection soon.

I haven’t gone clothes shopping in a while, so I thought I’d spruce up my wardrobe. I dropped by Calvin Klein looking for a pair of jeans, but ended up buying a few shirts and a sweater instead. There were clearances on dress shirts and sweaters. I even scored a black dress shirt for $ 10! I don’t like looking for new clothes, but when prices are this good I couldn’t pass it up. The sales associate even pointed out super markdowns. Their customer service was top notch.
