Trabuco Canyon, CA
We were so glad Canyon Septic Services were there to help us with our septic tank. We live in Trabuco Canyon and if you live out here you know when its time to pump it out you better have a good company on hand. That’s the kind of service we got from J. R…He was professional and friendly and got out to us immediately. The whole process was over quick and I could get on with my day. I will definitely call them again when the time comes.

J.R. was very hard to get a hold of. Said he could pump our pool on Tuesday — but a week later he finally got to us. Once he got here and began pumping out the pool, he told us it was going to cost us 3 times what he quoted and he didn’t have the equipment and wasn’t going to finish the job. He quit after taking out 2500 gallons out of our pool and left us a bill. Speechless. Most unprofessional thing I’ve ever seen.
