Food was okay. The wait was about 15mins for a Saturday night. ordered the cajun pasta and my toast was burned the sever didn’t even ask me if I wanted another one.

chilis has just gone hill. it’s dirty and the waiters throw the crumbs on the floor or leave them on your table. takes 10 mins to get drinks and an hour to get food. save your time and money. #bringbackoldchilis2016 I wish the corporate would look at these bad reviews and do something.

This was my first and definitely my last time at this location. This place was very busy it’s the weekend I get that. My friend and I sat in the bar area. We had to wait for our table to be cleared off. So the girl comes and wipes the table off but most of what she cleaned off ended up on the floor. I get that your busy but this is super gross. Ok so we ordered the 2 for $ 20.00 deal. They finally bring our appetizer and before I could even take my first bite here comes our dinner. Are you freaking serious??? Wtf! What is the point of an appetizer if your going to bring it at the same time as my meal??? Eventually the manager came over even though I didn’t ask for him. What irked me about my conversation with him is why would you ask a customer knowing their upset«Is there something I can do?» Ummm as a customer I shouldn’t have to tell you how to do your job. These people do this because they know most likely the customer will end up saying no that it’s ok. Super disappointed with this location they definitely need to work on some things at this location. I like Chili’s and I will continue to come back just not this location.

Our wait was over 30 minutes. I counted 11 seats open when we sat down!!! 11 seats! Our server and host were nice but not sure it’s worth the wait. We called ahead of time and still had to wait. It was just three of us. Probably not going back anytime soon.

Chili’s has changed its menu recently and it is just plain bad. The salad options are so limited at this point. If you want a hamburger protein style, good luck. I don’t think they even have a head of ice burg lettuce in the entire place. I won’t be returning to any location.

As always Chilis never fails to disappoint in the half assed customer service. While I can blame the server or the cooks for incorrect orders or the complimentary hair in our pasta. I will blame management since they allow these illogical process to occur. If you want half assed service or food go to TGIF, at least the food is better.

I waited about 10 minutes to get a table, there’s a game tonight and it was busy. Not a bad way too tall. I finally get seated and sit for 15 minutes and I’m not offered a drink or anything. Other tables came in around me and were greeted. I told the hostess as I walked out of the restaurant that nobody was helping that table that I was sitting at.

I only eat here a couple times a year and the service is always good. The food is good and the waiters and waitresses are accommodating. I rarely had to ask for refills on my tea, they are really well trained. I always enjoy eating here, and look forward to the next time. I have never had a issue here.

Ok, first me let say we come here about 1 – 2 times a month. The food isn’t bad, when you can get it on time. If you sit at the bar and that fat bartender is waiting on you, you might as well order everything at one time. No really, order your beer food appetizer at one time. Which brings me to today, yes it was Veterans Day and I am a veteran. However they seem to be no busier than any other day. It took over a hour and half to get our food but by the time we were to Get our food we were fed up and had enough. The bar tender never even checked on it. People came in after us and got there food and we’re done eating before we even got our appetizer. The manager finally came over and said I’m sorry, but your food will be up anytime. Wait what? It’s only been a hour in a half. It takes about 20 minutes to even get another beer and about 20 minutes to get some chips and salsa. This will be the last time we sit at the bar. Or perhaps the last time we go to Chilis in Orange. I guess someone else would Like our business. This has happened more than once but I guess I like to wait for my food. You never have this problem at Red Robin or Applebee’s. There bartenders make sure your food is up on time. So I can say the manger took off our 3 beers and as we were leaving our food finally came over. Sorry but damn. If you are looking to have a good time on Sunday to watch football and get a little loud, do not go to Chilis, they have 10 year olds sitting at the bar. This was at the bar yes I Know. I know Red Robin doesn’t even allow any one under 21 to sit at the bar section at all. But nope, not Chilis, you can bring all the kiddos to the bar and they will fit right in. Good job Chilis. You can bring your kids grab a beer and do there homework all at once. Great example parents, oh and Chilis. You know how to make people feel guilty for grabbing a beer at the bar while 10 year olds are sitting at the bar. 2 things I have learned from this Chilis, 1 don’t go there with the overweight bartender, 2 do go there while they allow 10 year olds at the bar. Red Robin were back. Red Robin has better hamburgers anyway and onion rings and drinks. Hell, why do we go to Chilis?

Favorite Chills to go to! Ilove chills in general for their 2 meals for $ 20 deal. HOWEVER, this Chills also has great service and management. They are very nice! They crack jokes and have conversations with customers and yet it does not slow down their food service. Feels like a small town family restaurant because of their phenomenal social skills and caring attitude toward customers. PLUS it’s right next to Honda Center and Angels Stadium.

So last night around 8pm, a group of my friends decided to visit the Chilis in Orange, Ca. We had a party of 6 but only 4 of us were there when we first arrived. There was a table in the bar area that had four seats. We decided to sit down and grab an appetizer and some beers while we waited for our table of 6 in the main part of the restaurant. Our bar server was pretty good; got our beers and appetizer out pretty fast. Once our«hand held device» notified us that our table was ready, we closed our tab and were seated in the main room. This is where service took a nose dive!!! Once we were seated it took about 15 minutes before our server even acknowledged us. Once he acknowledged us, he introduced himself and pointed at his teammate that would also be helping us. Helping us was quite an overstatement. While waiting for the remainder of our party to show up, we reordered some beers/drinks. We waited what seemed like hours for our drinks(FAIL). We hadn’t seen our waiter for some time and finally flagged down his«teammate.» She was able to bring us more chips for our queso and told our server that we were wondering where our drinks where… as they came out shortly after we flagged her down. Once we received our food, my friend noticed the Santa Fe Chicken salad that he ordered had no chicken(FAIL) ! Also, a person ordered a taco in their combo medium rare and it came out well done(fail). The waiter did make sure both orders were corrected. At the same time, the remaining two people in our party showed up and ordered. One of them ordered flat bread pizza and the other one ordered the Santa Fe Chicken salad also. Their food came out quickly to my surprise. Upon closing our bill, our server said that he would comp one of the salads but he said the manager forgot to take it off our bill. We had to ask about it(FAIL). Our server did comp one appetizer, I’ll give him that. On a side note, my buddy ordered the Grilled Chicken Sandwich to go. Upon arriving home he found that it had no lettuce or tomatoes on the sandwich(FAIL) but it was too late to do anything. I don’t even think there was a manager there last night! We didn’t ask to speak with one but here is what we observed: 1. Servers were inattentive. It was like they were running around with their heads cut off. At least in our section. It was Mother’s day but it was also 8 pm… staff accordingly. 2. The kitchen staff seemed like they may have been new or on drugs. Who knows? Who forgets to put chicken on a chicken salad and also forget to put lettuce and tomato on a chicken sandwich. 3. The host was walking around the restaurant clapping his hands not helping out. Ironically, when it slowed down he was bring out food to tables; which he should have been doing earlier! 4. Our server should have apologized for the slow service and messed up orders. Which he didn’t. You could tell he was kinda stressed but he did not communicate with us what was going on. You could see him look at our table then shake his head like the kitchen isn’t doing their job or that he forgot. Who knows? He also could have informed the manager of the situation and at least had him or her stop by. 5. His teammate walked by us about 10 times that night and not once asked us how we were doing or if we needed anything. The only time she helped us was when we flagged her down for more chips and asked her where our drinks were. 6. If there was a manager there last night, he must have been oblivious to what or should I say what wasn’t going on. Service and food prep was the worst I’ve seen anywhere for a long, long time. I think the people on last night’s shift, including the manager, need some more training to represent the Chilis name brand.

If you look at my reviews, I don’t have a lot of bottom sprocket reviews. well, here is one epic fail. We went to this Chili’s for Mothers Day after spending a great day at Disneyland. This has to be one of the worst dining experiences I have ever had. After a 25 min wait to get seated, we were ignored for another 20 at the table by the waiter Shawn. He could have cared less about us from the start. He tossed some silverware packs on the table and said I will be back in a bit, he then went and checked on other tables around us and just walked away not even offering us a drink. My daughter who has waited tables in the past, finally got up and found a manager Edger I believe. She asked him can we get a server please? Shawn came back, I’m not really sure were he was its not that big of a place. At that point we had to order our drinks, appetizers and food all at once. I got the Bottomless Tostada Chips™ appetizer, it took an act of god and the manager, to get a refill on this! and this was the best part of the meal! I should have stopped here. The Run Down Me: Southern Smokehouse Burger — bland no flavor and over cooked I ate half then gave up. My Wife: Sweet & Smoky Burger — it was so dry she asked for a side of mayo which took forever and came with a piece of wilted salad in it. YUK! My Son-In-law: Bacon Avocado Chicken Sandwich — no tomato & cilantro pesto mayo was on it, he ate half and left it for dead. My Daughter: Fresh Mex Trio — the soft tacos were put on top of the beans so the tortillas were soggy and the plate was left under the heat lamps until it was inedible. My Grandson: would not eat the Little Chicken Crispers as they were so greasy. The manager took one of the burgers off because of the mayo incident but this was too little too late, we had called him over 3 different times. I can not remember a time when every person at the table was mad or unhappy with the food, service and follow up. My wife and Daughter(the two moms in the group) basically stormed out. We asked the server for our bills which we had plainly stated we wanted split and they mixed that up too. Then he pointed to the ziosk digital payment system we said we are paying in cash. Tom gave him money for his bill. He had to go remove the burger again from mine and then pointed to the table tablet again I stated I wanted a paper receipt and he rolled his eyes and went to get it. My grandson was playing games they offer for free on the table tablet and then they they charged us .99 cents for«table entertainment» WTF normally this would be whatever but with all the nonsense we were dealing with this was another poke in the eye. We have been to other Chili’s and we didn’t get charged for that. It is a good draw as it keeps the 4 year old entertained. So basically, we spent $ 75 bucks to be abused. It was like being at Dicks last resort but they were not joking here at Chili’s. The Tilted Kilt is right there I would suggest going there instead! I think this location preys on people leaving the ball park and the hockey games using the Chili’s name to draw them in. I decided I’m not going to post the pictures of the food as I don’t want to mislead you. looks are deceiving here. Moving on…

You can expect this Chili’s to frequently be busy because of customers coming from Angel Stadium down the street or Century Theater right next-door. Whichever occasion brings you in, you will usually leave this restaurant feeling content. This specific Chili’s doesn’t really stand out from the other ones but I do appriciate how the host has so much patience when people flood in and is still able to obtain a welcoming smile and a friendly personality. The waiters/waitresses are usually friendly aswell. Recently they’ve added IPads to each table to order drinks, desserts, and to even play apps for a $ 1 while you wait. It is pretty useful except the servers come around a lot less, especially now that you pay on the IPad too. The food is surprisingly as good as looks on the menu. The Cajun Pasta with Chicken was very flavorful! The pasta is cooked perfectly and then smothered in Alfredo sauce with a hint of Cajun spice sprinkled across the top with a few other ingredients including grilled chicken layering the top. If you’re craving another satisfying item, the California Turkey Club Toasted Sandwich it’s the way to go! With buttered toasted Wheat Texas Toast, this sandwich is stuffed with avocado, tomatoes, applewood smoked bacon, thinly sliced Turkey, red onions, swiss, and mayo, you have yourself a monstrous meal that includes ideally seasoned fries. The food is great and the service is good, I just wish the servers came around a little more and the surrounding tables be a little more clean. Overall this restaurant is reasonably decent. If you’re in no rush to wait for a table, try this Chili’s out.

Again Chilis food porn in their commercials been callin my name!!! I gave them a shot over a year ago because I haven’t been since I was a tween and I always remembered those crack chicken tenders, I ordered those and got sick right after so I said to myself no mas Chili’s for me! Well I lied. Again those commercials and lunch specials were really enticing. So I decided to come in with the fambam for a lunch. We sat in the bar area. Service was great but I don’t get those weird tablet looking systems at each table. Get me a human any day LOL. Any who we started with a wings. We ordered them sauceless. These came out very hot and fresh. These were solid wings but my Top 2 are Bj’s wings sauceless and Tilted kilt. We still looked over the menu for our entrees and I really couldn’t decide. To many options and combos for me to pick from. Eventually I figured out what I wanted. I went with the 3 Mexican pairings combo. A beef taco, beef enchilada and a sour cream chicken enchilada. Comes with citrus chile rice and black beans. Um this dish was so good. I couldn’t stop eating it but I had to otherwise I would get sick. The beef taco was nice and crisp. It never got soggy. The beef enchilada had a lot of flavor. The star of the show was the sour cream chicken enchilada. It was basically a chicken sauza enchilada. Reminded me of the Lean cuisine chicken sauza enchiladas but 100 times better of course LOL. I usually hate chicken anything in my «latin» food but this was so good and very moist. I could easily eat two of those next time. Also rewarming the leftovers on a stove top made them taste even better! I’ve been dreaming of this dish since I ate the last of these leftovers LOL. I can’t wait to comeback for lunch because there is no way I’d go during dinner since this place is always packed at dinner and I can’t stand the annoying larger parties around me while waiting to be seated ;)

Wow what a difference! First off I really try to avoid going out to eat during peak times(lunch, dinner) I get better service and food when the staff is doing 100 things at one time. After seeing their new commercials both me and my sister said we would definitely give it another shot and sure enough they’ve done a 180! We came in after the lunch rush(3PM) and it was nice and quiet just the way I like restaurants! Their wasn’t many people mostly at the bar, we sat ourselves in a booth around the bar and noticed the tablets on each table, we didn’t even try to use them since we had no clue, I rather stick to the old fashioned way, someone coming to the table and taking my order! –___– We had such a nice server I wish I had gotten her name but she was so sweet and on point! She got our food 100% right and everything was soooo good!!! Seriously the menu has changed and you have so many options! What would keep me going back again and again is their $ 7.00 lunch specials! I feel like I ate like a queen! I got 2 sliders, fries and a salad! My sliders were so good, fresh bread and nicely seasoned meat, my buns were nice and buttery! We ordered chicken wings which were soo crispy! I like a good crispy texture on my wings and not soggy! Seriously I can’t wait to go back and try other options, good food and excellent service! ^__^

Happy hour is self serve at the bar. Super slow service. The food wasn’t that great. I ordered the nachos. Stay away. Nasty old and nothing great about it. I ordered the buffalo wings. Stay away. Tasted like microwaved wings I ordered the alchy and mixed drinks. Get get because they’re so cheap haha! Ya 2 stars because the food wasn’t that great but the drinks were cheap so yeah… Won’t be back. Better off going elsewhere like saddleranch in Orange for happy hour.

This review is super mixed. The food was excellent, as always, the servers were working their butts off, but there weren’t enough of them! They now have this little table thing on your table to help you order. They still come take your order, but then you order refills by pressing a button on the this little screen. Here’s the problem, when you order soft drinks, they aren’t listed! We had to flag down the server to get refills. Because of this little device, it was so impersonal. We did order our dessert from it, and they did bring it out fairly quickly, but that was the almost the last we saw of anyone. We had to ask 3 different people for a take home tray for our food before we got one. This was a while after we did the self check out thing on the tablet. I did like that a little. It was quick and no worrying about giving your credit card to someone. Overall though, the service was super slow. I can’t tell if they think this tablet on the your table could take the place of a server, but they are wrong if they did. Again, the servers(all 3 that I saw) were busting their butts in a very full dining room. It’s not their fault. But I can’t say I’ll be back anytime soon until I hear others talking about a reinstatement of their previous great and fun service.
