Went to Device ER 3 days ago. Gina was extremely helpful in quoting prices. The tech person, Paul, was fabulous. He fixed my daughter’s glass screen, which was shattered in places, making it look brand new. Plus both Gina and Paul advised us to purchase a cover for the glass in case she dropped it again. This would save the glass on the phone. Since they were having a sale– 25% off accessories – we brought the cover for the glass and a new cover for the phone. They were both honest about the product selection. We had a brand new phone in a half-​hour! They have better prices than many mobile phone stores too. We will continue to recommend this store!
